It was a pain to checkout the truck, it wouldn’t let me take pictures on the app so I couldn’t check out and get the keys, I had to call and sit on the phone first to get my code for the lock box. Steering wheel had a shake at 40+ mph and there was a burning smell too. It was also insanely expensive compared to competitors

JEANINE CSEE ABOVE, AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY, IMMEDIATELY, EVERY SINGLE TRUCK MUST BE THOROUGHLY CHECKED B4 RENTING IT OUT AGAIN. YOU CHARGE A LOT OF $$$$, SO USE PART OF THAT PROFIT TO KEEP THE FLEET IN 1000% PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
