My rental was very dirty. The walls had something on them. We had to sweep everything out. I did call amd make a complaint about it.
Christina SOverall the experience was very good. My only complaint is at pickup of the truck the inside windows were very dirty there was actually shoe prints on the inside passenger side windshield and the glovebox was full of garbage. But U-Haul as a whole was very helpful during my trip.

Vera RYour online service was TERRIBLE!! The attendant spent 45 MINUTES of my time trying to get your system to process my checkin, which should have happened in one minute. You got to do better.
