Your online service was TERRIBLE!! The attendant spent 45 MINUTES of my time trying to get your system to process my checkin, which should have happened in one minute. You got to do better.

The staff at this location were friendly, professional and very helpful. The process was extremely easy at this location. I have a couple more events coming up that I will need the van. This will be my go to location for the upcoming rentals!
Tina PRenting the truck on a Sunday was super convenient and easy. Its really not too important, but the exterior of the truck was dirty. More importantly, the interior was clean and the vehicle had low miles and ran perfectly.
John CIf I could give 10 stars, I would. The cargo van was brand new, in perfect condition. The process to rent was quick and convenient. The man who rented it to me was courteous and cheerful, and the rate to rent was competitive with the agency I had been renting from before. I'm actually looking forward to the next time I need to rent !
Pascal MBecause the wifi range was awful I couldn't return the vehicle through the app...when I got my reciept my mileage was double what it actually was upon my return...I am PISSED!
