The 800 and chat Customer service is terrible. I never got the full requested time I wanted it until. Instead of telling me the truck wasn’t available the full time I wanted it for, they approved my request while double booking the truck and expected me to have it back at THEIR time. If it wasn’t available the full time I wanted it for then you shouldn’t have accepted my booking. Very stressful. Than you call customer service to make sure they know you can’t have it back by the time they wanted it for, and they can’t even change the reservations, they give you a number to call to do it. So unprofessional.

Ray was unfriendly and seemed angry. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. Would not eye contact. Did not bring truck over to Office or explain anything. Just gave us the keys and signed forms. No show of appreciation for spending $200. I rented from this same location within the last year and it was a completely different experience. Truck was given to us with sand and gravel on floor. We had to sweep it clean. Disappointing experience.

Ray and and the two other guys working there on Saturday did an awesome job in my book. They made my rental experience smooth. I had a very poor experience with one U haul rental place. I was transferred to Sulok U haul for my truck. I’m glad I was. I believe I’m entitled to at least 25 miles of refund because of the first rental place mistake. The first place did make it right with connecting me to Sulok rental.

The inside of the windshield was completely frosted. The truck was parked on a sheet of ice with a frozen ice/snow bank behind the truck which was the only way to exit. The truck interior was very dirty.

I wish there was hourly rates on trucks. I used the truck for 2 hours and went 10 miles but had to pay for 24 hours. $55 for 2 hours is very expensive I feel.

Make sure they check lights. The headlight was out and we were moving at night. Has to drive with brights on.

When your customer contacts corporate and switches the pick up time from noon to 8:30 am, it would be best of the vehicle is actually available at 8:30 am. The franchisee was ready and able but the truck was not there.

The green bag that holds the pads that cover and protect furniture was missing all the pads. The seal was broken and zipper open with nothing in the bag. Was not charged for it so that's a plus.

I will NEVER again rent through the U-Haul website. Our times and locations got completely mixed up, when I called customer service I was on hold for 13 minutes without ever speaking to a representative so I hung up. Then later I Tried the live chat and explained my frustration and the lady literally ignored me. I have e screen shots to prove that the costumer service from U-Haul... not the pickup location was absolute garbage

Told me I could pick up my truck at 8:00am with my phone. Was unable to and finally got my truck at 9:15 after the oil change store opened.

The employees were rude. Wrongly charged me for equipment I did not rent out . And gave me alot of trouble trying to get my money back. They hung up in my face multiple times, put me on hold, and gave me the run around alot.

When we reserved the truck, they put in our land line as the contact point and spelled my wifes email address wrong. They did not ask her to spell it. We could not log on to the site as they were trying to send a code to a land line. We went back to the dealer and they changed the phone number to my cell so we could receive the text. When we tried to do the mobile check in the next morning at 7am, the system wanted to send a code to the email address. since it was spelled wrong, we could not get it. I called into the Uhaul customer service center and they were unable to change it. They told me we had to wait until the place opened which put us way behind schedule with our trip
