They were supposed to be open by 10 am, my pick up time. they did not get there until 45 minutes later. they did not answer the phone number posted on the door and the number was disconnected. the location is in a large industrial area and it was not safe. I had to stand outside in the scorching sun in a parking lot 45 minutes waiting for them to open. I am disabled and this caused me GREAT INJURY AND PAIN. The guy kep lying to UHaul and saying he was there when he was not. No UHaul manager was available to address this HIDEOUS situation and the silly customer service rep did not seem to think there was any problem.

I would have appreciated if the attendant at the rental office checked the tire pressure on all tires before departure. Everything else was checked and looked good.
