Although the representative was very helpful and nice, I specifically declined the SafeMove $15 insurance twice online, and when I went to go pick it up I noticed on my drop off receipt that the agent added the $15 SafeMove insurance which I did not need. I was doing a move with a total of miles and didn’t see the value of it. I paid 30% more for SafeMove than my actual mileage. Customer care said I authorized the charge which i denied twice but it was later added by the rep. Not cool
