No personnel at drop off
Mary HThe location was fine but picking up the truck though the app was horrible. We were on hold for help over 40 minutes to get the keys because the app would not work. We were told the entire system was not working. Terrible experience picking the vehicle up.
Laura RWhen I arrived to pick up my truck I was told there were no blankets available and I had reserved 2 dozen of them. Needless to say I was not impressed that I had no blankets to pad my furniture with and I feel this was not acceptable.
Peggy DI don’t have a problem with this location. I do have a problem with the Uhaul app. It is NOT user friendly! It is slow and non responsive. It is impossible to know if it is uploading or if it is just stuck and then if you don’t complete the self check in you are charged a $20 fee. For a company that is working through the app with self check in and self check out, it is a very poor representation.
