They try to help but Uhaul in Houston made the mistake not them.

This location was not in a very good part of town. The listing says grocery store, however after about five minutes of being at the location it was very evident that it was NOT a grocery store. When I entered the building to speak to someone about the truck, the smell of dead rats took the breath right out of me. There was also internet problems at this location and it took THREE HOURS for me to be able to drive the truck out of the parking lot. I had spoke to someone at the UHAUL location off of kell blvd in Wichita Falls two weeks prior to this move, with cash in hand to pay for the equipment and was told that it was not necessary to make any transactions until I reached my intended destination upon which I would pay at the drop off location. THREE HOURS in a seemingly unsafe location because UHAUL argued over the phone that I had to pay BEFORE acquiring the equipment for my move! Completely conflicting information to the information I had been given two weeks prior! After it was all said and done, the man giving me the truck asked if I was capable of loading my car onto the dolly myself because he didn’t know how! This was the most stressful move I’ve ever made in my lifetime of moving and I was very disappointed with the service all the way around. The ONLY exception that I have to speak on is JASON from UHAUL. Unfortunately I am not sure which location he is at, but that he is in Wichita Falls. Jason made everything so much better and was really helpful in not only talking me down, but solving the problems that had transpired and getting everything taken care of. He was definitely the light in this otherwise bleak situation and I’m so thankful to him! UHAUL is very lucky to have someone like him working for them!

The agent at this location was new & not very well trained although friendly....he failed to mention the charge for insurance & wasnt sure how to charge it back...still waiting on that...the other thing he didnt show me how the different controls on the truck worked which is crucial such as cargo lights & the tow/haul button....it helps to know HOW to drive a monster uhaul which can be intimaditing....otherwise the ride was comfortable!!!!

Truck had not been swept of dried mud, cement and nails. It was an easy fix. Otherwise very satisfied. I didn't have a reservation and had no problems getting a truck.

I picked up the truck and was told it had a quarter tank of gas. I went less than 6 miles and the low fuel light came on. What happened to bringing them back full of gas?

Great place very helpful my wife was drive our truck and had a trailer on it! She had some issues backing it up the guy offered to help back it up for her. As I arrived with the u-haul truck very helpful and very nice unhooked the trailer quickly took care of the paperwork great place

Nice employees guy was very helpful, very polite in asking if we can help parking the trailers unhooked very fast. when we returned with the empty truck, was already walking out asked if we were finished with the truck went through all the paperwork very fast and easy very happy!

Make sure the people dealing with the UHAUL have the sign in information already from the website. I intentionally did a online checkin to make sure it was a smooth process. It took a hour to regive the guy our cars info and he had to swipe my card again.

Truck was dirty. The Uhaul rep said take it or leave it. I took the truck but complained to Uhaul and they compensated me for the poor service and dirty truck.

Was charged for multiple rental periods when I only had the tow dolly for less than 4 hours. Contacted Uhaul and they sent me a couple of emails with what they said was my receipts only the attachments where not valid files so I still can't see why I was charged so much.

The person didn't even turn the vehicle in to the uhaul facility until a week and a half later. I know this because a lady from uhaul called looking for the vehicle. Then I received a bill via this e-mail see attached and we didn't even use the mileage we payed for. So uhaul owes us. I will not pay this bill and if my debit card is charged I will dispute it and contact my lawyer Thank you Kenneth Hust

I made reservations online for a 17 ft uhaul, which the website confirmed that a 17 ft is available. I did not receive a call from the local vendor for my reservation. Come to find out, the ubaul website was not accurate, meaning no one in town had a 17ft rental. I was given a 20 ft uhaul for the price of a 17 ft. Also, i requested moving assistance from Dan Frazier through uhaul. When he called me, i let him know I love on an Air Force installation, he then replied "I don't go on the Air Force Base, get a refund". Why wasn't this on the website either.

King’s Grocery was the most disgusting grocery store I have ever had the displeasure of being in. The store was extremely dirty, smelled horrendously, and is in a terrible part of town. The U-Haul truck smelled like fish was I felt like a needed a shower after I got out of it. I am less likely to ever use U-Haul again after knowing they do business with establishments like King’s Grocery.
