This location is an absolute joke! My husband and I had everything set to pick up the 6x12 at 11:30 we didn’t leave the place until after 12:00! The man that helped us didn’t know what he was doing. He told us we had to rebook the entire order. He did it for us and asked us how long we’d like it we said 24hrs so 12 the next day! He put that we had to be back at 10! Ended up charging us the late fee. We were not happy to see this! If we could get the refund back for the late fee due to lack of honestly! We would appreciate it! The entire thing was a complete screw up! I’ll never get a U-Haul from this location again!

JOHN GIt wasn't the location, it was the reservation process leading up to the pickup. I made a reservation for the location I had to be at to pickup the trailer but Uhaul changed to over an hour away. I spent two days and many phone calls trying to get a closer pickup and this was the only spot(still over a half hour away).

Robert FThe drop off was awful. We were scheduled to drop off by 12 pm. But we dropped off earlier. Immediately the personnal comes out telling my husband that we were late for drop off. He even changed our drop off time afterward. Seems like he was only interested in getting money. We forgot to top off the gas to 1/4 and instead of letting us to get that extra tank he charged my husband 40 for 1/8 tank of gas. He took my husband's phone and was just clicking on stuff instead. He was very rude and aggressive and pushy. I would not recommend this location to anyone. You might really want and look into how he is scamming customers.
