Peter AThe location's parking spot is very tight and limited in space which makes it impossible to take the required pictures for pick up and return. I had to relocate the truck to a different spot just to take the pictures for the app.
Arthur SThere was no one at the store when I arrived for pick up. Bo one answered the phone number I had been given and there were no instructions for what to do in their absence. I figured it out with the aid of a phone agent, but it was not an easy process and delayed our departure several hours.
