The staff here went above and beyond to help me get the truck. The Uhaul experience using mobile pickup was the absolute worst. The mobile order wouldn't process and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When I finally did and was able to move forward, I was then once again held up by the mobile system. Finally, with the help of the staff at the store being on the phone with Uhaul, I was able to get the truck, but the mobile pickup process never completed. What should have been a 15 minute (at best) process ended up being a 1.5 hour process. If I had had another option, I would have taken it.

People at all locations were very nice and helpfulâ€¦ But you're on line service and people answering the phone is a jokeâ€¦ No one will answer the phone you're put on hold and when you get someone they don't know what you're talking aboutâ€¦ We had a flat tire and had to go to one of your service centers to get it repaired were initially told to go online for roadside Service but my phone would not connect to that and I could get no one to answer the phone after a more than two hour delay someone there finally helped us would not want to use your service again due to this

I had a moving truck reserved just to get there and they tell me they don't have anything
It took me 30 minutes to get my rental truck. the problem when you do this at a gas station and they only have 1 attendant getting your rental goes on the back burner. They constantly stop working on your rental to ring up customers that want to purchase an item in the store.
The gentleman was great in helping me to hook up the trailer.
My initial pick up place was a joke. Was told I can pick it up at 8am. I get there and they have that truck blocked in by another vehicle in their used car lot. Thankfully Jeffreys had some.

Need more staff that are trained to lease vehicles. When we returned the truck, the attendant could only write down the mileage and fuel amount. I had to return the next day to get my receipt and make sure everything was cleared. Attendant that day could not work the system either. Had to call someone that was trained/authorized to find out how to get me a receipt.
The location was nice, my issue was with the pickup time selection on the website. When I completed the order it let me select 07:00 as a pickup time, but the actual location did not allow for pickup until the gas station opened at 09:00 on Sundays. It would be helpful if pickup time options were limited to the open hours of the facility.
Charge me the right price and not say the tank is full when its not
This location has been the easiest for pick up and return of a trailer. Friendly staff.
The tires were not filled with air so please check before leaving the property. There was a dashboard notification that came on to indicate which tire needed air.

The ac in truck barely worked. And couldn't get my deposit back until next day because only employee that knows how to do uhaul stuff leaves at 2pm daily. Had to drive 50 mins one way to get my money back.
No one checked that the lights were working when I picked up the trailer I drove 792 miles and no lights on the trailer. My friend and I couldn't make them work. The check in agent said the problem was with my car harness. Ford's better idea!
I have used U-haul several times. this location had terrible customer service. When I checked the U-haul out, the attendant at the service station did not show me which truck it was, she just handed me the key. I had to figure it out on my own. I did not get a receipt and I did not have to sign anything. The gas was at 1/4 of a tank. I drove the U-haul 17.5 miles round trip. The truck was brought back at 1/4 tank. when I turned the keys in the man at the counter said "OK, they will e-mail you a receipt. I asked if he need to check the truck he said he would do it later. When I got the email receipt, I noticed they charged me for gas. I called to dispute it, but got the run around. They said I could come and check the gas level, but by the time I got there the truck was gone. I would not recommend renting from Jeffrey's II in Youngsville NC.
Reserved a hand truck and 24 furniture pads along with a 15 ft Truck. The truck was available, however no hand truck was available, and only 12 furniture pads could be located.
Train your personnel, so they know what they are doing, so the customer will not have to wait for a long period of time, we have things to do and a lot of miles to drive and we're not getting these things from you guys for free.
I made a reservation for a 9 foot van, when I went to pick up, the worker would not let me have the van, because I did not want to return it to the location. I had, stated this is my order when I spoke to a representative on the phone for conformation. I had to go to 3 different locations to finally get a vehicle. It took 2 hours. I know this review will mean nothing, but it was a horrible experience. I doubt I will use uhaul, ever again.
Need better communication had to pick up truck then go pick up tow dolly at different location causing me to lose a few hours of loading time. But overall happy with service
My original location selected for PU I was told the 2 days before didn't actually have the equipment necessary. We were then sent to a location 10 miles away and upon PU day did not even have the dolly or pads we paid for. We then called and found a location w the dolly and pads but only the 26ft truck. We were supposed to be given the 26ft truck for the same Price for 20ft for all our troubles and have now actually been charged twice! Once for the original order and again for the 26ft truck. This entire experience has been a disorganized mess and no one has stepped up to help resolve the issue take care of us as customers.
Had a terrible experience with this location twice in one weekend on two different rentals. Not all of their staff is trained on the system so they told us to â€œgo somewhere else or come back tomorrowâ€ Luckily customer service for the corporate uhaul office is wonderful and made everything right for us. Will never use this location again and will go elsewhere for future.
