I made the reservation for the storage unit starting on May 1st. Three days earlier, I went to the storage facility to see how it is laid out and see the actual unit. Greg was working on that day and he was very helpful. He went through the security process of entering the building and showed me the unit that I had reserved which was close to the entrance and was thoroughly cleaned up. Greg assured me that would be the unit I'll have when I start using it on May1st. However, on May 1st when I actually use it to store my items, a different person (Kyle) was there and the unit, that was promised for me, was assigned to someone else. Instead of that promised unit, Kyle took me to another one down the hall that is much farther away from the entrance and was left in such a dirty state. I'm now faced with having to clean up that unit or transfer to another one. Can someone help me out to resolved this issue. ... Thanks, Ray Naismith
