The facility was very busy ,the last time I was there in person, and i had to wait a long period of time,and they were not able to help me,due to unable to find the extra key to my storage.,the line was long, & only 2 people working. 1 inside, and 1 working both,inside & .outside.

She told the trainee to only read the policy when the GM around. I was charged different price than I booked online. They gave the me truck that was so close between two truck that I got stuck trying to get in between.
