No where to park, and rental trucks always parked in front of loading dock making it impossible to use for storage customers. And even if you get lucky and find a loading dock spot they have metal bars on the top of the whole loading dock that stick up 3-4 inches which is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Basically making the loading dock is unusable as you can’t roll dolly’s on to or off of a trailer or truck as the bar is in the way. Nice facility, staff could care less about you having no access to your storage / their rental truck always in the way (and some staff are nice others just rude when you even ask them to Move a truck so you can use the loading dock. They need to seperate rental area and storage area parking better.

They gave the me truck that was so close between two truck that I got stuck trying to get in between.
