I had been at this location for 5 years + maybe longer than expected. Moving my family's personal belongings or mine was not on the front line because there where safe and secure The communication from upper management throughout the end was very poor. Constantly charged for late fees and calls from multiple people and numbers letting me think my items would be sold if not paid but the funny thing is credit cards were on file. The turn over from terminating employees was high. Communication was lost and myself and family paid for it.. I am glad we are done with this location and I will never use this company again. Terry was awesome and Jason from customer service, sorry for the way I behaved and you'll never see me again. Angel and Christina are not certified to run this location. That's customer service at it's worst.

The parking is DEPLORABLE because you are always blocked by returning vehicles and there is no available space to park to get in or load. Staff is excellent, units are clean and amazing, parking is not ideal
