The only thing I didn’t like was the cost. It isis more expensive than other storage sites and the price kept going higher all the time. I had the same unit for seven years and the price nearly doubled. The cost made me find other alternatives

Karen V | Overall ExperienceMy belongings were destroyed due to rodent activity all over my unit. $500 leather chair, eaten. Photos, eaten. Boxes, wood nightstands, all eaten. As well as covered in rodent poop and smelling of urine. There are things I can't replace. I'm heart broken. Why pay $205 a month for someone to secure my belongings if they aren't secure? The service staff at the storage place were very kind and helpful. Exceptional even. I appreciate them.
