Staff is helpful, but it's such a big place and it's easy to find yourself around after you get lost once. Maybe more arrows on the floors directing to elevators.

Priseilla A | Overall ExperienceI don’t know where to start. I have used the self storage here twice in between college semesters for my son. This place is completely unorganized and dangerous. The parking lot is a free-for-all. There is never any where to park, trucks back up and almost hit cars every single time and parking in the bays is one of the most treacherous activities ever. The access codes never work and when they don’t you have to go all the way back to the office to tell them. Totally inconvenient. There usually only have one person working the desk with a line of customers. And, the worst part is when actual employees park U-haul trucks right in front of the loading dock bays and block people in who need to get out. And then you can’t find anybody to move the trucks because there is only one employee. Both times we have used this place have been extremely infuriating customer experiences. Something there has to change before there is a serious accident.
