Patrizia C | Overall ExperienceOnline stated unit was ground floor. Was disappointed to find it on the second floor. Being physically disabled, walking with cane and chronic health issues. No trolleys in sight. Elevator no passengers and have to hold the outside door to get the panel to work. Floors were dusty, but room was ready.
