The 1 and only problem with this facility is under-staffing. Plan for minumum of 30 minutes for every visit. Each time I've had needed to interact with staff, they are nowhere to be found. Wait 10 minutes in the storefront for any employee to show up. I even go back in their break room looking for employees. Meanwhile multiple customers waiting behind me too. So by the time the 1 employee shows up and helps a customer, the 4th customer has been waiting 30+ minutes. Plus, its just weird to leave an open store with merchandise and no employees in sight. Staff was very friendly, when present.

This is great if the customers in front of you don't have a problem and need each rental charge explained to them for ten minutes or more. Otherwise you wait and wait...... Just a suggestion. Thanks!
