I INITIALLY RENTED AT THIS FACILITY SOLEY BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT ACCESS WAS SHIELDED FROM THE ELEMENTS;LOADING & UNLOADING INDOORS. W/N MONTHS THE GARAGE DOOR ENTRTY WAS REPLACED. LIGHTS GO OFF EVERY 15 MINUTES, DANGEROUS AND FRIGHTENING… HORRIBLY RUN OPERATION.

She Made my storage experience excellent with great customer service knowledge and assisted with a small emergency Of needing to switch units effortless , she had equipment available and clean storage facility from now on the 14th illinois Uhaul team is my go to team for moving quality customer service, while shorthanded no excuses all effort and it showed representatives of such caliber are hard to find today and i'm grateful for the assistance in a high stress situation made painless. Lancelot S | Overall Experienceafter messing up my truck rental order pickup at there location and me practically begging them to help me find another location with the same size truck that day, I ended up dishing out another 125 bucks for a temp rental, because the other location manager was too creepy to trust renting a storage there. when I walked in and said, I wanted a truck for a date, I wanted to make sure It was mine regardless if I came in late, I would have paid up front for it; didn't know it was a reservation only. the girl with the fluffy hair and nose ring took my order for the truck, I did my storage order online; seemed like I had more options to choose from than trying to get information from a listing staff member who seemed reluctant to show me storage units, even after they gave away my truck. after closing my unit over ten days early, they didn't at least say thank you, instead it was,"Your account will be closed, after you punch out of the building." no smile, and almost confused look in their face, as if they were looking for something etched in their forehead. this was the second time I used this facility, last was fall of 2015, I would use it again, maybe there will be an online ai program running online, to understand my needs, and not group feedback of questions that are different topics together to blur proper anders. good luck.
