Very clean and friendly staff. This could be considered a rough part of our city, yet, I never felt unsafe. They are really good about keeping a safe and secure environment there. impressive. I definitely will be recommending this location to friends

There were people begging for money on one occasion while trying to move belongings in which I felt uncomfortable with, but that was in the alley adjacent to the facility so not sure they could do much about it.
