would be nice if the restrooms were stocked with soap and toilet paper. The employees in that location are hard-working, helpful and accommodating.

Georgia B | First ImpressionsWe rented a cargo van from this location twice, and a storage unit. All three experiences went very well. Easy check in, move in/move out, close out process. The staff team members were very helpful and considerate. We also recommended this location to my daughter‘s roommate, and she was also pleased with her experience. Great service!!!
Colette W | Overall ExperienceThe lady that checked me out was very friendly. My negative experience was due to the fact that I pulled up and there was no parking available and an employee was getting things out of her car in the customer spot. I parked my car to the side with the flashers on so that I could go in to get my storage facility set up at which point she told me that I had to move my car And when I said there were no parking spaces (annoyingly since they were all taken by employees) she said that wasn’t her problem, but I just had to move it.

Casey H | First ImpressionsThe person upfront was helpful. Unfortunately, it seemed as though he was the only one trained to help people at the front desk forcing others to wait in line for 30-45 minutes.
Jailyn M | First Impressions2 days before reservation, they called me and let me know they didn’t have anything at that location so moved me to a different one. I had to call 3 different people and spend an hour on the phone before I was able to get a different reservation at my preferred location. Then when I tried to check in, no one was even there for 20 min, and then the staff randomly just left mid-conversation and kept saying nothing was available. Finally got a different one than what I booked but a thoroughly bad experience.

They helped us with getting into the storage unit and even helped us navigate putting a couch into the space. They were really, really awesome. It was hot and they were slammed, and they still did an amazing job.
