The day of our arrive he greeted us and made sure we know the staff and all the logistical details. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and sharing key information with me and my son.
Ann A | Overall ExperienceI had booked an indoor unit but they supposedly couldn't find it in the system so they rebooked me in an outside unit. There was a leak in the roof of my unit causing a few boxes to get wet. There were empty boxes outside when I came to drop off some items. When I moved in there was sirens going on frequently and it didn't seem like the employees cared. There is no fence around the edge of the property, I would feel that my items were more secure if there was a fence.

tommy r | Overall ExperienceI reserved a climate controlled storage unit but when I got there I was told it was given away as a first come first serve. Why did I bother making a reservation? I needed the climate control for a lot of our items, so we had to drive those things to Chicago and then drive BACK the next morning before my son’s lease was up at noon to pick up the other things. It was very inconvenient and ridiculous. Also, there were customers in front of me that had the same problem: their storage units were also given away.
JULIA T | First ImpressionsThe doors to get into the facility were never locked, so it wasn’t a secure facility, which is part of what we were paying for. When we first signed up, you had to have a code to get in, but then we were told it was broken and after that anybody could just walk in because the doors were just open. And the rate increases were ridiculous since we were no longer at a secured facility. Depending on who worked determined if you got good service. overall, just very disappointed with our experience.
