Staff was very helpful from initial visit to the end. Logging in to access the storage area/unit was very easy. Would definitely use U-Haul again for storage or truck rental.

Kim L | Overall ExperienceThere is a lot of mice poops, my massage chair was damaged by mouse bites. The whole place is infested with mice even though they recently raise the rate to do pest control. Loading and unloading is always struggle, there are always U-Haul trucks blocking the door. The loading door is always closed.

A ground floor facility would be better but I appreciate that it would be difficult. Lighting in my locker was non-existent.

Candace M | Online Move InThe staff were helpful but the facility itself needs repairs to floor, metal caging at top of storage unit, and most carts were falling apart. The single old fashioned elevator made it extremely difficult to use when other people were also moving out - if gates left up, you needed to run upstairs to close them to activate the elevator. This elevator needs to be updated.
KATHLEEN K | Overall ExperienceThe facility on Topaz av is old and decrepit. It reeks of urine (people and rodents) and it smells mouldy and damp. It is too easy to access the double doors by anyone who doea not have a passcode and the opportunity. The staff are friendly enough but are run off their feet and many a times insugficient to meet the needs. Parking for customers is non existent. You should tear that place down and rebuild a state of the art facility and you could charge much more. It is convenient. That is why I used for so long.
