Too expensive and rate went up within a few months of commencement

Ms Settles ( I think that’s the current manager) and Rick, assistant manager, have been understanding but stern when I’ve been late, due to medical issues The entire staff has evolved into a personable but professional unit. Ive been a customer service manager for major corporations and a business development manager for cruise lines for years and would be honored to have that staff work with/for me! Bob Rose
ROBERT R | Overall ExperienceFor the price this is a disappointing experience. There was one freight elevator available for over 2 years which makes loading and unloading a pain. Front desk was always less than friendly. Parking is a nightmare. Would not recommend
