The stated interior height of the truck was not correct. we had to tip our new fridge on it's back to move it. The insider measured 7'2" not 7'8" as on your sight. The dash has this nice sticker that indicated if you drive "green" you will save MPG. No matter how I drove/ tried I could not get the truck to go higher than 2 bars on the scale. Hard to drive green when the equipment is not able to do it.Dan S.

i reserved a truck. 2 days before move i was told not available. Then had to drive an hour to pick up a smaller truck. Because we moved four hours away now it's taken a week to get our stuff moved. The rep on phone was very rude and could care less. Told us we could drive from canada to usa to get a bigger truck!! offers us an i saluting $50 discount towards gas. our time and a smaller truck. We selected drop off for 8:00am.... however the convenience store (which is the drop off location) did not open until 8:30am. So we were stuck waiting until 8:30am until the owner showed up because there also was no lockbox to drop off the keys (the owner said the lockbox often gets stolen). Also the drop-off Truck Share web interface is not user friendly. I can't imagine someone older than us trying to use this who is not technology savvy. It should be more clear that you need to go into your iphone settings and turn on location sharing... it was very finicky and frustrating to use.Karolina D.

Confused attendant, I wait for 25 minutes until she figure out how to release the truck for me. And also the fuel indicator that they gave me was totally wrong. I took a picture when I pick up the car, and they are charging me a fee for the fuel. For sure I will dispute.ErikaSatiko R.

The location and the people there were great. The online self check in experience was horrible. I had previously send uhaul my drivers license information yet on the day if it made me load it again and then it suddenly requested and second piece of id like a passport (who takes their passport to rent a truck)James M.
When the customer orders moving blankets. Ensure that the blankets are available or at the very least inform them before they arrive to pickup truck that you don't have any. I had to waste extra mileage, time and not to mention over $100.00 to buy blankets. Could you also ensure trucks are filled so customers don't have to deal with possibly extra fill up and know exactly how much gas goes back in. You recommended number of liters from half probable put a solid 5 to 10 litres more than it needed. Overall very frustrating experience and several extra wasted hours and expense to me.KEVINFM R.

During the checking I was told that the tank was full, but after have driven 93 miles most in highway with one sofa, 2 armchairs and a 6 chairs dinner table I needed 50 litres to complete the tank. It's hard to believe that the fuel consumption was incredible 1.86 miles/ litres. Either the tank was not really full or the car has a serious consumption problem. The Truck leaked gas and I put gas in it and told the attendant as well as tried to call for emergency services and I received my bill and no one cares that I had proof that I put gas that it leaked out and still they charged me for gas about three times more than I used and already put in the truck. When I told the owner/agent he apologized but still charged me.ALICIA H.

Late penalty (@ 1.5 x total rental cost) seemed arbitrary and was not clearly stated on contract. Late penalty was listed as 03-cleaning on receipt, which was not required and never happened, making me question how this penalty was actually assessed. Overall, not a great experience.Trevor Daniel H.

I called to rearrange my pickup time. They give me another time later to go there. Surprisingly, when I went there at the confirmed time they were close. Equipment was clean but the windshield wipers were loose and a hazard should someone drive in poor weather and not have the means to repair the wipers on the road. The passenger side did not move without tightening, and the driver side wasn't much better...Rebecca M.

Representative at store, over charged me promising that U-haul would reimburse me for the extra charges. Charged me for 16 miles vs what a told him would be a 16km trip maximum. What should have been a $29.61 purchase, ended up being $52. Also was charged a return late fee for $20 but was never told, picked the truck up at 7pm and returned it by 8:20. Ridiculously bad and shady service at this location that I would never recommend. Will not use U-Haul again unless fully reimbursed for all of the ridiculous extra charges and poor services from their representative.JOSHUA CHRISTOPH B.

I rented my vehicle online at this location and when I showed up at the location I was forced to go inside the store and sign the paperwork and provide all the details I already provided online. I've rented uhauls before online and it's simple Rent, pickup, and return your truck 24/7 without having to come into the store. When I questioned the guy at the counter about why I was being forced to come in and sign paperwork, The guy at the counter argued with me and told me to rent a vehicle elsewhere like wth?? The vehicle was also not cleaned from previous renter, no washer fluid and the brakes were squealing on my vehicle.JON N.

It's not the guys fault at all at this location, but truck was given away for myself and others and I had reservation. He said it's not his fault. The reservation center needs to communicate with your rental locations better. I asked for the truck for 48 hours and the reservation center never put that on the computer system. The agent was calling me this morning wondering where the truck was.WILLIAM A D.
For the convenience, the location was suitable. Everyone has a different standard they live by. As the cleanliness of the Van - the windows and mirrors were dirty, the door pockets, cup holders, dashboard, etc could have benefitted from a cleaning. As well, the Van smelled of smoke.
