The customer experience was great. If there's any improvement it should be for the service person there. It was a hot day and the office had a working fan, but it appears the service guy was still sweating. Though he never let the "hot" environment affect his courtesy and professionalism, I just felt maybe there should be a HVAC there for him.Miriam S.

They NEVER answer the phone.(Red Flag) Extended wait during pick-up process to find out that they had to jump-start the truck I was there for.(another Red Flag) Within 7mins of leaving the facility I heard a loud noise forcing me to pull over on the highway. Well the headlight was hanging out of the socketâ€¦WTF! I immediately tried calling while on the side of the roadâ€¦no answer! So I took pictures and continued my journey-BIG MISTAKE! The a/c didn't function properly.. it cut-off every few minutes; while it was 97 degrees. Upon return I asked for the manager; the young lady left to get him but returned with a message that he'd be putting the truck in for service. WELL HELL THAT'S OBVIOUS-it's MANDATORY! This location needs to take better care of their fleet and extend a higher level of customer service especially when the experience was below standard.Kimberly C.

Lake Leslie location was awesome, they came through on last-minute request from customer service desk. Customer service desk was awesome, finding replacement truck when Boxmeer Road location failed completely. Boxmeer Road location was terrible. They changed our reservation without letting us know, didn't honor our before-hours pickup, and not opening until 1-1/2 hours after their posted time.Larry D.

The vendor is using Uhaul as a "side-hustle". Normally this would not bother me, but in this instance, it was wholly disconcerting. There was no indication that the business was a Uhaul substation aside from a small sign outside and a few seemingly random, dusty Uhaul boxes leaning against a wall. There were variety of electronic "skill games" which are common at gas stations, flea market-grade tshirts and flags, in addition to a wide assortment of snacks. I had to go find the owner who, when found, spent considerable time asking me to hold on while he attended other people who happened to walk in to get their personal vehicles washed or maybe even worked on; he had more irons than he had fire. There was a small child of school-age who kept reporting back for direction as to what else he needed her to do. He lacked any apparent understanding of the equipment; certainly not any discernible understanding of how to solve potential problems. The license plate had been destroyed from past mishandling yet his response was to point out that the "numbers are still there". That is, literally, all that was left of the plate! I asked to get a printed copy of the contract but his printer defeated him at every turn. As a result I had no clear idea of my rental arrangement and had to pray nothing went wrong. I tried calling the toll-free number for Uhaul but never was able to reach anyone. If I had NO other option then I would return but, given the opportunity, I would avoid this particular establishment in the future.Clyde D.
