The sign on the door and on the website clearly states the business is open from 9 - 6. I arrived shortly after my 11am pickup time to find the place locked up tight with a clock showing a 12pm arrival time. Moving is bad enough without having to sit idly waiting for someone to come back from lunch for a scheduled pick-up appointment! I wish I had been told that NO ONE would be there to get me my truck for my 11am appointment. Never have this issue with Southeast Storage. Other than that, the rental and return went very smoothly. Just really didn't want to pay workers to sit around for an hour...CAROL J.

The rental was originally set up at the Monster Rental at 365 Keowee school Road, for between 12 and 2:00 and th rental agent scheduled an appointment away from th site and was not available when i arrive at 1:20pm, and was not going to b available until 3:30. fortunately, I called back Mike Williams and he lacked the same trailer in stock at the Sandiford Blvd location and Leah was very helpful getting me going.Richard J.

This place is very unorganized and slow. The people that they have working in this place do not know uhaul policies and can barely rent you out something. They need to be trained on how the system works. I went to one location and the guy had nothing that I reserved so he sent me to another location where I waited almost two hours for the guy to help two customers and figure out what I needed. Very pleasant experience today. Clean, organized location. The gentleman in the office was very thorough explaining the rental process, and made sure the trailer (6'x12' enclosed) was hooked up properly with safety in mind. The initial drive was a little out of my way, but I would absolutely rent from this company/location again. Could not have asked for a better rental.Justin M.

I asked for a dolly to move boxes. The one that was online for $10...I was given an appliance dolly which was completely useless for my Move When I realized he had given me the wrong dolly it wasn't possible for me to go back and exchange it. Very disappointed paid $12 for something I couldn't even use.Dana H.

One of the tires went flat (2 nails) but not UHaul`s fault. My issue was my phone call was on hold for about 30 minutes. The person was very nice, but it took over 30 more minutes to get a repair service on the way. The process started before 8 p.m. & ended just before midnight (not including the follow up call). If I had been on the side of the road with this flat, I would have dropped the trailer beside the road before wasting 4 hours. Too slow for a simple repair.WILLIAM T.

I rented a trailer on June 21st. Nate and Leah couldn't have been more helpful. Leah was exceptional, so professional and so proficient in getting me hooked up and on my way. She certainly exhibited self confidence and pleasure in seeing s a satisfied customer. Noting how well she ran this operation, I told her she should ask for equity in the company in addition to a pay raise; that her contribution to Monster Self Storage's success should be rewarded that way. The rep working there gave me hours I could return the trailer but when I arrived they were closed. Even the Uhaul documentation included those hours. When I got there and there was no secure place to leave the trailer, I called their emergency number. I waited a half hour before calling Uhaul directly. I finally received a call from the emergency number 3 hours later. Not much of a response to an emergency line. After I spoke to Uhaul, they said I could leave it and to use the online app and follow the instructions which I did. I always have good luck with Uhaul products but this location was horrible. I'll never go back there again.greg S.

Although I prepaid it took a very long time to process the paperwork. I had to hook up the trailer then the attendant took a picture and essentially re-did the hookup. VERY INEFFICIENT! He should have either connected it or at least told me what he wanted to see :-(Grant H.

Was not clean, footprints on front windshield, windshield wiper came apart while driving, vehicle shook at 65mph and pulled to the right. I've rented several UHauls in the last year and a half and have never had any issues.Lorie L.
