Blankets in the trailer were soaking wet and the gas tank had roughly 20 miles left. I was then charged for a full tank of gas even though they told me to leave the same amount in the tank as when I retrieved it.

This was my first remote rental. They mentioned you could save time by pre-registering before you got to the location, but I didn't realize how long that process was, so I didn't do that. going through the setup process while standing outside isn't the best, so I think it's a good idea to more strongly suggest the pre-registration.

Was doing a move where a furniture dolly like I reserved was critical to me being able to do the move by myself. I got a utility dolly instead and reported this and the sum of the action was I got refunded $7 for the furniture dolly I never got, still collecting $150+ for the truck. I expected something more, like a 10% discount on the cost of the truck. something small but a statement. Uhaul disappointed me in this regard.

Perhaps clarify where people should park their personal vehicles when picking up a rental van or box truck. As it turned out I parked in the large and mostly empty lot where the U-HAUL vehicles were located, but I was worried about the possibility of being towed. Everything worked out well, but a little more guidance about where to park when picking up a rental would be helpful!

Inform customer to call before dropping off so they go to the correct location. There was some confusion about actual drop off location. Easily resolved, so no big deal, but could have been in a different situation. Overall fine, though.

It's just an unkept-looking parking lot that feels like it's part of a construction site, & feels really sketchy to be alone in. If the rideshare driver didn't insist I was at my destination, I wouldn't have known that I was. There was trash & broken glass everywhere, & the distance between the trucks and the key lockers made the process unintuitive; I needed to call for assistance with what to do. But the person on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly, and all was good in the end!

This should not be a location. I ask for a location that had an in person check out and this was not that. I call the number given and it is a personal cell phone. The person I talked to hung up on me and was hard to understand. I really had a bad time with this location and the person we worked with.

Despite having a reservation made over a month in advance and selecting contactless pick-up option (done via mobile), there was no equipment reserved for me and my reservation never transferred to the company managing this location. There is no office on site so after several phone calls I was finally able to get a van, but it had none of the moving equipment I had reserved making the move process much more difficult. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I booked a 15' truck at the uhaul location nearest me. I had to accept a 10' truck that was 15 minutes further away from me. The dolly I requested was not in the truck. Very dissatisfied.

dropped it off in a dirt lot with no one there. Then had to call representative to find out where to leave key. Then took hours to close out the account. Terrible experience with U-Haul

When I got to the area to put up the truck it was no key in the lock box. I had to call and that took over an hour to get a person from U-Haul! I call the number for the remote location and it was a young loud ghetto person on the phone that just transferred me to the 1800 number. The whole experience sucked and then on top of that I got over charged $28 for gas and mileage, when the truck didn't have any gas in it from the beginning and was charged for 37 miles and only went 6 miles
