Location and owner/manager were great. The problems I did have were directly with contacts at U-haul. It made it so it wouldn't let me rent the truck because I was late to try to pick up the truck. After a 13 minute hold time, I got a hold of customer service, the specialist was great. Got on to do my e-check in and I was refused by whoever reviewed my pic and license. After that I contacted the manager (or owner, not sure which) of the location and he came in on his day off and rented it to me directly. He was wonderful and I can't praise him enough. He's the reason I was able to get the truck. Next time I won't bother with the 24/7 e-check in service and just work directly with the location.Seth H.

Arrived at our scheduled time to find the person the does the "uhaul sh*t" decided to go home and would not be back for a few hours. When he finally showed up we were informed they in fact did not have the piece of equipment we had reserved. As we were pulling out of the lot he ran out to offer us a simular piece of equipment at a discounted cost. We accepted and then waited for over an hour for him to figure out how to work up our invoice to reflect the correct price. HORRENDOUS customer service. I would suggest uhaul drop the dealer as he is bad for business.Gary C.

The manager at this location was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. I just feel like I had to pay too much for the rental. I also feel that customers should earn "Frequent Travel/U-haul Rental Miles" that can be redeemed on future rentals. I have used U-haul many times & would find credits or coupons for discounts very appealing & encouraging.Callie V.

The tail lights on this car dolly were literally held on with clear packing tape. I complained to the manager and he put U-Haul stickers on the tape. There was another dolly in the yard that was in better condition.jim C.

Had to have several spots where damage had occurred, put an X on it. Damage had not been looked at by attendant. I had to notice them and I felt like I would have been charged for it if I hadn't found the damage. That made me nervous.TALINA C.
Did not chick for running lights,had call for service which delayed mt trip by three hours. Not happy with this! Exterior of unit needed a good cleaning. Sales person was fine. I feel that I should have got a discount for the delay because the unit was not checked out right which delayed my trip. Don't know if I would recommend this location. I have rented from south plazza many times before with no issues.JOHN Z.
The only thing I can comment on was not the fault of the folks at this location. The U-Haul computer system was down and caused a delay in processing. The folks at this location did every thing they could to get me on my way.CHARLES G.
The attendent was not very personable. He was very short with me and didn't seem to want to help. He did not check my running lights only my hazard lights and I found out the running lights were not working the whole drive. The chains were dragging the pavement. Time I noticed this wand fixed them they were almost worn into.JULIE C.
