There is nowhere that tells you that your puck up code is on the truck when there are prominent lock boxes on the front of the building. Caused a panic and delay in getting my truck. Parking was in an empty field next door....tight!

only problem was when we brought if back there was barely any place to park it, due to all the trucks, we had to park it where is was not to be parked.

Got in the truck. Was told my gas tank had a half tank of gas. Checked and saw it was just a hair above 1/4 tank, had to go back in to have the paper work adjusted. I also returned the truck with the dolly only to find the next morning my charges were $75 more for a missing dolly ! This is my first time using this location. Never again. I’ve always used the Lakeworth & Congress location without an issue or hitch. Their follow up and follow through is always on point and customer service driven , this is Store #66 Lakeworth and Congress!!! Uhaul customer service was kind enough to file an objection for the charges on the dolly ... after a move , who has $75 to pay for a dolly ?! Shady :-/

The truck was rather wet inside, which means that before I could load any of my boxes or furniture, I had to use several towels to dry it out. On the bright side, the gentleman who helped attach the car dolly to the truck was very courteous and friendly.

Your return process was very difficult. You want to show a video on how to return but video & uploading pictures was not available as I was in. “Dead Zone” so I didn’t know to take pictures of the mileage or the truck BEFORE turning in the keys and it was too late after. Thankfully, the gentlemen at Allstate were very honest & my bill was as it should be. This should have been explained before I took the truck so I knew what to do on return - especially because it was known we were experiencing problems with my phone at the start. Anyway, all in all, the rental was very good and the gentlemen were very kind and professional.

Tell the next person that the key is locked in the back of the truck, not in the box on the building! I lost an hour waiting on hold for someone to tell me where the key was. Although the check out said half a tank of gas, the gauge was clearly showing less. All in all, what should have been simple and accurate, was not.

My experience was great. Checkout was great and there were no issues with the truck. We had a torrential Florida downpour while returning the truck, but that was typical Florida during summer at 3pm...

They should more proffesonal and caring about customer concern and value time and relationship. Contact should be review varbely before leting customer sign to make them clear what they are signing for. Horrible experience..never go for them and never refer to any other friends and family never.

My truck was boxed in the scheduled pick up date. I had to call U-Haul to change the reservation to the following day. When I picked it up, the person at the desk did not apologize when I mentioned I was to move the reservation because of the truck being boxed in the previous day. The person at the desk wasn't friendly at all and barely acknowledge our existence.

The back bumper was smashed in so the back doors barely worked. Made it difficult to use. The van was very clean otherwise

1. They weren't helpful when contacted by telephone regarding a question. 2. When we rented another truck for the rest of our belongings the following week, they claimed NOT to have the 15' truck we reserved, but instead substituted a 20" truck, claiming they would charge us for the 15'. Not true. They charged us for the 20' truck. Meant a difference of a little over $20.00. When contacted by phone, I was told the 15' truck and the 20' truck were the same price. Not True again.

This location was great. HOWEVER the previous check in on the lake worth rd location was horrible.

I called U-Haul the day before to confirm my reservation. When I arrived the truck was not there, they told me to go to another location nearby, before I was able to start to the second location I received a call from U-HAUL telling me don’t go to the second location because they didn’t have the truck and sent me to a third location. When I arrived home with the truck my brother checked the oil level and it did not even register on the tip stick. We went and put a quart of oil in before we moved to my new location. The windshield was also covered with bugs and I had to clean it too.

Other facilities are similar in this comment; but it would be nice to have the trailer ready to go; rather than wait to get it out of the lot, or from behind another. Especially when one has a reservation But thx for the service.

I would almost recommend this location to a friend and I thought the truck was clean and maintained but after the first time I got out out the truck, there were about 6 baby roaches that we saw. That totally killed it.

I had a reservation a another location and was told when I got there there was no van at that location. I had to call and find another location that had one. All of this caused me to be late and ruined my plans for the day along with the person I was picking an item up from. I was embarrassed and will never use your company again!

When I return truck this location wasn't open. Hours open on the door wasn't readable. Under the drop box lid was text visit Uhaul pages before drop key. I haven't internet connection there? What I should do that situation? Drop box was so small that key and contract was easy pick up if you want?

The equipment was clean but there were roaches in the truck. I was shocked and disgusted. I was also paranoid while driving which is not safe for anyone; especially for those who are terrified of bugs, rodents, etc.

This rental experience was a disaster. It took 45 minutes for me to obtain the pass code so I could get the key, which made me very late to be where I needed to be. I spent way too much on hold and with various customer service agents both on the phone and online. I was passed off to other people and disconnected a few times, which prolonged the process. This has left a very poor likelihood that I will use uhaul in the future.
