Parking was so small I just pulled into the handicapped space. Fortunately a rep met me at the truck and took keys and said receipt would be emailed. I worried a little later that anybody could have said that and taken the truck. My ride had to park on the deeded.

After hours drop off was a challenge. There was no clear instruction for how to exit the gated area after parking the vehicle. No one answered the posted after hours phone number.

Chris was extremely helpful and friendly. The office was clean and they installed a plexiglass divider between them and the customer's chair. He also wore a mask. I will be back to him if I need another uhaul rental.

The manager tried to disconnect the light wiring back inside my vehicle and take my wiring, which was strange and bizarre to me-- especially for someone who does this for a living. He was polite and unhooked the trailer with out any extra maneuvering by me with my vehicle, which was appreciated. I have taken other rental returns here and this was my first less-than-optimum experience, so I will continue to use them when I can.

I have always had great experiences with this location. I have rented with UHAUL at least 6 times in the last 18 months and always come here even if it is not convenient to my plans. I choose service over convenience.

Location was close to my final destination so that was a bonus the only downfall was the 24/7 return that they say is only 15 min but actually took an hour and a half .

Highly recommend drop off location. Uhaul corporate messed up drop off location and Greg came out on a Sunday night after hours to help us get it fixed so we could leave the truck where we were originally supposed to. He was awesome.

The attendant was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding my reservation. He made sure that my reserved 26 footer truck was clean and able to leave the center in a very timely manner, I will recommend Uhaul trucks to any one who ask. My rating would be a 100% awesome experience!

The truck was old, it had problems with the transmission and the heat from the engine was bothering me the whole trip. If they knew i was coming from Texas to Florida (1500+ miles) why they give me the worse truck? Im super disappointed with this service, a trip that was supposed to be 2 days was 4 days due to the continuing low velocity and the stopping every 2 hrs for gas. I will never recommend this place to do this type of trips, apparently they dont care about the safety of their customers.

I reserved it close to my house, but was moved to this location which is fine, but because it was a local rental, the extra 10 mile round trip cost me $10 bucks of mileage.

Clean the truck on the inside and make sure gas tank isn't empty upon renting it out. I had to get gas before I could even move my stuff. The cup holders had sunflower seed shells from the previous renter. This whole experience made moving so much more stressful.

1 employee on duty, 5 customers waited for an hour before someone else showed up to help. Reserved a 20' truck, didn't have one so I had to take a 15' and make 2 trips in my pickup to get what wouldn't fit in the 15'. Not happy with Uhaul. You should refund my money!

1) Don't wait the evening before I'm supposed to pick up the truck to let me know that the location I chose was not a 24/7 location (6 days later). 2) after making reservations at a new location that is a 24/7 location, put the key in the box so then I won't receive yet another call telling me I need to wait until the store opens to pick up my truck. 3) When I arrive at the location to pick up the truck at 9:05am, be there. Don't come staggering in at 9:15 saying, “sorry I'm late.” 4) Have a credit card reader that works so it doesn't take me 20 minutes to get pay and get my truck (had to call in to verify the credit card) 5) when I drop off the truck at 2:15pm, be there. Don't hang a sign up that says “Be back 2:45”! Or give me prior notice of this time the store won't be open or the code to open the gate so I can get my car which was parked behind the gate. Absolutely ridiculous!!! FYI, I asked another customer for the code to get in because the man didn't show up until 2:55. I saw him pull up as I was leaving. 6) I used the truck for less than 15 miles in total and I was charged an additional $15 for 4 gallons of gas! Are you kidding me!! Fuel is $1.79/gallon and most of that gas was due to me sitting in the truck for 30 minutes waiting for the man to get back! Total experience was garbage!

Arrived at 9 AM as scheduled, I had chosen the mobile device pick up, truck was not available. I had to go into the office and complete all paperwork there regardles., several people scheduled for the same time, finally got the truck by 9:45 AM. All this time I was paying for hourly workers to help me move

The location in Garland where I picked up the truck was very helpful even though all software was down. But the drop off in Rockwall over charged me by $170.
