Location and people great. However, your reservation service (phone) is terrible - so many mistakes and so long a wait time. I had to call at least 4-5 times to get my reservation straightened out and then when I returned - someone on your end had changed my days from 4 to 1, although my return date was 4 days (correct). I actually returned it 2 days early and you guys charged my Credit Card a second time for one additional day. On the phone for 2 hours last night. First guy was full of you know what and tried to tell me the charge was pending. Was not - actually was a second charge - confirmed by my credit card co. - anothter call and 45 minute wait. Then the guy I spoke with was rude, would not let you get a word in, and I finally demanded someone else - got a nice lady but she could do nothing - had to refer it to a regional manager and I think it all got worked out for my credit this morning although she told me had up to 72 hours to respond. He did get on it this morning but had it been 72 hours - thats completely unacceptable. So the truck was good, people where I picked up and returned - excellent. The unloaders I had scheduled through uhaul were over an hour late. My family had an appointment we had to make so we ended up unloading the majority of the truck ourselves. The unloaders were here for less than 30 minutes and only moved a couch and a dresser. We did everything else ourselves because we couldn't be late to our appointment. Could I please have a refund? Originally requested a furniture dollly but there wasn't one available when I went to pick up my rental. The manager replaced it with a utility hand truck at no additional cost - it was a good call. The location and the truck were fine. My problem is with the useless insurance you sold me. I bought insurance from the location on the rental through Repwest. During the rental I had a collision, Repwest says the insurance does not cover the damage and that I am responsible for the damage. They have sent it to a lawyer, I am disputing their assertion. However should a judgement be found against me I intend to bring a class action suit against U Haul as I assume that I am not the only customer who has found themselves in this situation.Robert W.

Did not have packing blankets in the truck when I arrived to pick up, and unable to locate any at the time of pick up. Thankfully they removed it from my bill. I passed the location as the uhaul sign was not very big and the trucks are parked way away from the road. You have to pull in and drive toward a white one story building. Not a big deal but maybe more specifics on what to expect.Kristen C.

Uhaul needs to have a better website for location services and where to pick up your reserved truck. I chose one location, the text message said to go to Citgo and email that I received stated to go to another place. I arrived at Citgo and could not check in because the GPS coordinates didn't work. I went in to talk with the person and they had no reservations for me. They sent me to another place. The original place I tried to reserve it at stated they had no reservation for me either. All I can say is AMG Fleet Services was a Godsend because without them I would not have been able to move. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to pick up the truck in Staunton, VA....30 miles away from where I live (Charlottesville), because Uhaul did not have a truck in Cville, which seems like poor planning. Service was excellent at the Staunton location, but Uhaul in general could use come improvements.Robert C.
