It was our first time renting a U-haul truck and everything ran smoothly. I recommend this location, Apex Automotive in Wellington to everyone.

I walked into this location to rent a van which I had saw online as available for the day and time and the women at the front desk said I could not have a van because the U-Haul agent was not in. I asked her if the van was available and she told me absolutely nothing was available. She was rude and short with me. I then go out to my car and get the U-Haul online through the app and set everything up. They ask me to go see if I see the U-Haul in the parking lot and I see it parked there. The app prompts me to go back inside and ask the women for the key to the van, which I have reserved. She tells me that the van is not available and told me I was unable to take it because it was not in the lot at all. After telling her that we have it reserved and they have it in the lot because we physically saw it, she changed the reason that we could not have it to that it needed to be clean from the last person and proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know why it was available for rent. I was very frustrated at this point and went and sat in my car to try to call a U-Haul agent. About 15 minutes later I see the exact van pull up and the worker get out and come Up to my car and hand me the keys. I’m not sure if I got lack of customer service because I look young or just because but I can guarantee that I will not be back to this location for pick up.

Close down the Uhaul location on Benoist Farms Road. Over 1.5 hour wait for 1 customer over 1 hour wait for other 3 customers before me. I spoe with (owner/manager) and he does not care about UHaul customers.

Don’t charge a 25 fee for clean up when they only moved a wall unit and there was no clean up to do!! That’s what you did to me!! I thought that was horrendous!!

Hi The person said they did not have the key . We could not get in the lock box Delayed a hour , finally person found the key and then as we were pulling out realized did not have blankets . Went beck for that . People were helpful but glitz in the system , cost me a solid hour

I ordered a dolly and blankets and straps which I was charged for but were not in the truck. The cab of the truck was dirty. Checkin was virtual and I completed everything online prior to pickup and it still took 40 minutes to finally get approved and get the key. It was a Saturday so there was no one site to help.

Horrible agents for UHaul. The two workers in the small office there were focused only on their automotive business and treated me as a nuisance the entire time. When my cell phone died during the "mobile checkout" the two workers refused to even allow me to use their own "work" cellphones to help me. It was shocking and uncomfortable as to how they treated me as if I was some intruder that didn't belong there. Reminder - you are a UHAUL AGENT. and as such in the SERVICE BUSINESS. They need a true wake up call and UHaul should be embarrassed to have such an inappropriate agent if they care about how their agents treat the UHaul Customers. It was a despicable display of customer service.

Dealers need to be able to accommodate trucks,it’s very difficult to return trucks. I called almost 20 dealers and they all refused the truck so I had to drive over 22 miles to drop it off .

The first Van I got had roaches all over it, I returned it as soon as I saw all of them. The place where I got the van from was so rude and unhelpful, they also charged me for the gas I used which wasn’t much but very insulting considering I wouldn’t have had to drive back if it wasn’t loaded with roaches. All around a bad experience, I did speak with the manager of the place that I got the van from and he was kinda nice about it but still inexcusable.

I had no complaints at all. Staff was personable. They processed the customer ahead of us, and processed our order quickly. Equipment was clean and functioning properly. Drop off was easy. There were no surprise charges on the bill. No complaints

I was charged $25 for a cleanup fee which is totally ridiculous. I left 2 empty water bottles in the back of the truck. You are robbing your customers. I would never use uhaul again and will make sure my friends, family and coworkers know how badly you treat your customers.

they robbed me of $40 i got my truck at below quarter of a tank they made me take my truck 3 miles out of the way from where i got my truck then charged me $40 i drove a total of 36 miles and put $20 of gas in the truck maybe if i was able to bring my truck back to where i picked it up from i wouldn't have had an additional 4 miles added to my drive i will let social media know about my experience and the better business bureau and consumer affairs and state attorney generals office this bate and switch is illegal

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with U-Haul from start to finish yesterday. My reservation was cancelled without me being informed. I had to try to rebook a 26’ truck last minute and got lucky, but despite selecting 24/7 mobile check-in, the system would not let me check in and said I had to wait till 9am to retrieve the keys and U-Haul from an employee at the business. The U-Haul employee had a terrible attitude and was not helpful at ALL, and this took upwards of 45 minutes to pick up a truck when it should have been quick and easy because of selecting the 24/7 check in. Because of this mess, the online checkin didn’t get completed and I was not able to realize the employee didn’t put an appliance dolly or moving pads in the truck until we got to our storage unit 30 minutes away. This made unloading a storage unit with appliances extremely difficult. I attempted to stop BACK by the business to pickup an appliance dolly for the tail end of the move and was told the U-Haul employee was on lunch and they didn’t know when he could get back nor could they give me a dolly. This made the entire moving experience harder than it needed to be and really inconvenienced my help and I. I will not use this location again.

Location was closed. was told it was closed all week. Paul from apex took the key and called the manager of uhaul and said I would get an email once truck was checked over. I prefer to be told that when a location is closed during my delivery date, to choose another location.

The customer service was rude and disrespectful. The employee at Apex (Tristan) refuse to provide customer service and inform me that he was not going to help me. I was told to call customer service (1-800 uhaul) , because he was done helping me. I felt disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. I really needed to move my furniture that day so I had no option but to deal with the horrible customer service. I called customer service immediately for help and report the incident. I took pictures of the cabin of the truck for evidence. I am waiting on a called from a uhaul manager to speak about the incident.

I had reserved a furniture dolly when I made my reservation. I was told one was not available when I went to pick up the truck. This set me back over an hour because I had to go rent one somewhere else. They should have called to let me know ahead of time. It would have saved valuable time on an already stressful day.

Truck was dirty and scratched when picked up. Steering was bad, out of alignment and pulled to the right. Upon returning the truck I was charged for a scratch that was already there. The truck was not damaged st all during my rental period.

It was a clean office but that’s all I can say. It is located inside an automotive/collision business. I never met with the actual Uhaul representative so I can’t judge him/her. As far as the staff that was on hand while uhaul rep was out of office, they were smug and rude at best. I will never return a uhaul rental there again not recommend that business to anyone. We were looked at as an “inconvenience” as opposed to a client or potential client. Again, not the uhaul reps fault but this was our point of contact.

Great experience. They let me get the van earlier then 9, when they were supposed to open. Less than 5 minutes then on my way. Vehicle spotless. I wish the seat reclined or moved back some, but all the space reserved for cargo. I will be back again for sure!

I was charged $35 for a "cleaning fee" even though I returned the truck spotless and all I moved were two brand new sofas that were spotless. I call and talked to to Tristan Biddle at Apex Automotive in Wellington FL where i rented the truck and not only was he rude and disrespectful, he cursed at me over the phone and told me "if I don't like it then call fucking corporate headquarters and complain". That was his exact words. I would like my $35 refunded and I really think you don't need people like Tristan working for Uhaul.

I rented 2 trucks. I filled both of them with gas and swept, but was charged $67 in fees saying I didn’t do those things. Several calls to customer service and still no resolution. Waiting on location to respond now. Horrible experience. I feel defrauded.
