The trailer was delivered cleaner than when I picked it up. Why the charge of $16. This is not fair and an abuse of customer. The trailer had dirt, paper and heavy dust when I picked it up. I cleaned it up for you. The stains on the wall were there, I did not make them. I expect a refundFABIO E.

Best uhaul faculty I've ever been to. Front desk lady, Fran (I believe) was very present and accommodating... I needed to extend my rental for an extra day.. she called me back and extended the rental based availability.. the facility was extremely clean as well.. There was an issue with securing the truck as no key was provided for the padlock. The journey was long and it would have been safer to have a padlock on the mortgage whenever we parked the vehicle. That sense of security was not there. Thank you. DT.DWIGHT T.

I rented a 6 x 12 covered trailer, everything was great till I tried to return it, it is very hard to get the hitch off the trailer ball of my car there's a lot of weight leaning to the front of the trailer, it needs to have a trailer jack with a wheel so you can lift that up off the trailer itself. I have never seen a trailer that heavy that doesn't have a trailer jack!SCOTT F.

Drop off location was not as requested. Got DropOff changed, all ok except I left my wife's Sun Pass attached to Windshield. We made the discovery late today (Sun) & drove over 25 miles one way back to Uhaul but was closed. I tried calling several phone numbers but no one answered except the last man do not re-member his name but he said to call Sunpass, which we did but no one answered so my wife emailed Sunpass & cancelled her account so no one could use it. We will call Leesburg Uhaul in the morning to see if she has it in the office. Not Uhaul fault, our mistake forgetting to remove it. Thanks.David C.

Went to rent uhaul at my appt time and was told to come back in an hr. I was on my way back to uhaul 45 min later and was called on my phone by another rep telling me it was going to be another hr. I had an appt to meet someone with trailer and had to re arrange everything. After being inconvenienced, I was given no discount. Very disappointed.Michael K.

Although the employees are very kind, the service could have been much better. I reserved my trailer 4 weeks in advanced and when I went to pick it up, after 30 minutes of paper work, the trailer lights didn't work. We had to get back in line and wait since this location only has one person certified for Uhaul. When it was finally our turn, the employee helping us had informed us there were no other trailers or trucks for us to rent so we would have to drive across town in traffic to wait another 45 minutes for an emergency replacement. The business, knowing I had my reservation placed 4 weeks in advanced, should have check that the equipment was ready for use. Our trip was set back 4 hours because of their delay.Alyssa L.

Air Conditioner needs service. The return via phone is terrible. I prefer the speed and efficiency of key-in-the box dropoff/return. It's time consuming to turn off VPN and make my phone locatable. Last three times I rented from U-Haul were the most inconvenient in 27 years of renting U-Haul. Not satisfied, very disappointed. Had to call in to give notice the truck was returned each time.Robert C.

Emailing Driver's License pic is intrusive and facilitates identity theft. I was told it was required, or I could not rent from U-Haul. I was appalled by this ultimatum. Stated, "I've used and recommended U-Haul for many years, but would try Penske, Budget on another competitor next time. Very, very disappointed. To verify my Driver's License is acceptable, to email or photo copy is not. My company-provided phone has a VPN and set to block tracking. It was difficult to return the truck. Missed just returning the key to the box, and having camera on building record time returned. Last two times I rented from U-Haul the new requirement just seemed to be a BIG HASSEL I was told it would be a fee if I failed to return the truck through the phone/online procedure. Apex did not have the information provided to rent the u hal and needed the information again which took a great deal of time. Their hours are not convenient as they are not open weekends and Mondays. We put 12 miles on the truck ans it was to have a full tank but we put in $14 to refill. Gas gauge not correctRosemary C.
