Contact number does not answer. Awful location in a unsafe area. Did not know how unsafe the street the location is on was until after the fact. Seriously, Sullivant Ave is the worst street in the most dangerous area of Columbus. Serious malpractice to let a drop off location reside in that area, especially when the staff are not knowledgeable of the process, and the contact number isn't active. Can not stress enough how ridiculous the location felt, serious malpractice.
Dominic SHave the correct, clean, proper equipment and necessary customer service to correct missing equipment/issues.
Jackson HThe store was very understanding and patient with me. I would recommend anyone to go there because they give excellent exceptional customer service there.
