The back of the truck smelled like someone hauled garbage in it. The dolly we requested was not there. The photos of the truck we were sent to approve/disapprove of were of a completely different truck. And the truck was 8miles to empty and we had to get gas first thing to go to our location.

Peanuts in the back of the truck, ripped seats, knob on window crank fell off, gas cap tether broken. Mobile pickup didn't work because the location was holding the keys inside the building instead of putting them in the truck as I was instructed on the mobile check-in.

Tried to charge me 15 dollars because it was just a smidge past a half a tank if gas. When I got it it wasn't even at a half a tank of gas. She didnt charge me, but this whole experience has been ridiculous.

Recieved a call from Customer Service the day before my pick up date telling me they had no truck in my area. After screaming to the Customer Sevice Rep and Mangaer they finally found a truck. Inside of truck TT 4237E was dirty, radio does not work, oil level very low. Roadside assistance was not helpful, sent me to a repair facility that had no mechanic. I was not happy with this rental and i will most likely not rent from Uhaul again nor would i recommend to anyone.

1-Asked for an appliance dolly. Attendant said it was in truck. Should of checked got all the way to destination and it was a regular dolly. Had to drive to get one elsewhere uhaul didnt deduct mileage for me going out of way to get one from another location. 2- Attendant said we had till 430 got back around 3:45, place was all closed up no big deal to put keys in drop off slot but no one to check uhaul stuff in. Its not like we could lock back trailer up and anyone could've opened and taken the dolly im responsible and signed off for.

Location for picking up your truck was not in my neighborhood you sent me to a way farther location from my home. Pick up was suppose to be on Saturday not Friday. I made this reservation at least 2 weeks before. We were set . Except for drop off location. My husband and I went to so called drop off and we were told they were going on vacation. This was also a week before your rental. I can not Express how poorly this all went down. I made this rental for a Saturday not Friday. So I had to call all my movers and tell them that they placed me on a different day. You have no drop off in Medina or near for the drop off .The person who was returning the truck was very very upset and so was I. I felt I was being taken advantaged of all the way around. I did everything I was suppose to do for my move. I am 66 years old woman on a fixed income who had to take it back to Cleveland , and we delivered on time [way before] plus we put gas in it like you wanted too. I feel I should not be charged for all of this...Requesting a refund for .....

They told me they closed at 5. My pick up was scheduled for 5:30. When they called to verify my arrival, they said there would be some one there until I got there. That makes a customer feel appreciated.
