The 24/7 system does not work properly. I wasn't able to pick up my truck until the business opened an hour after my reservation time due to a clumsy and poorly designed website/app. I tried to can customer service but waited almost an hour and no one ever answered. The U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 self-service mobile phone function or website did not work, is overly complicated, and was definitely not user friendly. Luckily there was a live clerk at the office location on a Sunday pick up.HUYQUAN D.

I have already registered a complaint and am waiting for the general manager to hopefully resolve the situation. I wish your survey included a question of how was my overall experience was because I would mark POOR. The LOCATION was not the problem. It was the fact that I reserved a 10 foot truck a week in advance at a location half a mile from my house, like 3 minutes away tops. The morning of my reservation I received a call saying they did not have the 10 foot truck available at that location and tried to sell me a 17 foot truck. I refused and she found me a 10 foot truck at a location 3 miles away. I drove 20 minutes in traffic to get there, apparently accidentally called the original location and was told that they had had my 10 foot truck there the whole time. So I ended up wasting at least 45 minutes plus gas for NO REASON because your scheduling department or SOMEONE is apparently incompetent. I called at that time and was told that they had changed my original reservation without consulting me for a reason that wasn't even applicable to my situation. So now I am waiting for the manager because I think that I am entitled to some sort of compensation for the extreme inconvenience due to multiple mess-ups by your representatives. Note: I have used uhaul before several times and never had an issue, it I don't think I'll be using uhaul again after this, depending on how it is handled by management.CHRISTEL S.

Promised a $18 credit for putting has in the truck witch I did and did not receive a credit. Also was charged for 2 dollys when the truck had one. When I called the owner he made up excuses and did not give me my crefit. Stealing from customers is bad busines. I Will never reny from them again and will be writing a negative help review.Amber W.

1. Options- I verbally declined an option but it was still on my receipt. Instead of responding to your salesmen, it would be better if we were able to tick on/off boxes on your forms instead of verbally replying to your people. I was charged for something although I distinctly said that I wanted to decline a coverage. 2. I was quoted 89 cents per mile but the invoice came back $1.09 cents per mile. What gives? If there's a change, I should be informed. The move was only for 14 miles so I let it drop, but would hate to have it happen to someone else who may have a longer trip. 3. I was told that the priority was to the 600 other people who rent units first, then the worker can work on my rental issues (U-Haul truck); that's baloney- you have to multitask. Plus a customer don't need to hear that. In fairness, my issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I am satisfied with it.TONY N.

Attempted to return my truck to this location which is very difficult to locate due to it being set behind a hotel. When I walked in to hand the keys over and close out my contact, the older gentleman behind the counter said all he needed were the keys. I asked if he was going to check the condition of the truck, the gas level or the blankets we rented. He said â€œI don't have time to check your truck, i have 2 locations to show right now.
