Get someone with a better attitude… train them in what is ok and not ok to do… like snatching people’s phone out of their hands and proceeding to go into it instead of telling you what to do… just close this location. They are shady and take your money

This is the first time in using UHaul that I have been told to hook up my own trailer. i was literally told to go out and hook up my own trailer. I wouldn't go back to that place if it was the only place I could get what I needed. Who's liable if the trailer happened to come disconnected? ME? I'm not the person who's been supposedly trained on how to properly attach it to my truck! I think I need a complimentary rental since I got such poor customer service. I need one more trailer to complete this move and believe that's the least you could do for me. Just don't ask me to go back to that location. I will use another company if you ask me to go there.

This location used to be my go-to and it was top notch. This experience was less than stellar. It took over an hour to rent the equipment and I had to help the man that worked there to complete the rental on the computer. My first truck was full of trash, dirty socks and things left in the back; it also would not start so I had to get assigned another truck. When I returned the truck at a different location I informed the attendant that I should have an additional charge for the extra mileage and he just said I was good to go, it took over two weeks for my card to be charged the final amount even after calling customer service to inform them. If I have to move again I will go out of my way to find another company to use for a rental truck.

I dropped off the trailer at this location on October 7, 2024 @ 6:05pm. The man at the counter told me he would send me an email for confirmation of the return of the trailer. I took pictures of the trailer so n his parking lot to confirm my return. I still have not received an email confirming my return of the trailer.

The guy had no Idea how to do the actions of filling out the paperwork. The reservation was changed to a different location in the first place. The truck wasn't very clean when picked up. The truck did run very nice. Pleasant to drive. My biggest complaint is....after I even called the night before we turned the truck in....was when we got to the drop off place, they wouldn't take the truck for turn in. Said they had too many of that size. Then proceeded to give us another drop off place a longer ways away with the WRONG address. Once we got there the guy who took the truck in....Knew what he was doing. He was very good. The first guy was a bit rude.. Over all...the truck was good. It was just getting the truck and dropping it off. To me, that is what needs to be fixed. But thank you for the rental...

While I understand that one person doing multiple jobs is hard, there was equipment left in the uhaul and the uhaul itself was caving in on the metal plate inside of the truck every time weight was put on it. The person there was polite, but took a very long time, running to a different customer in the middle of working with me multiple times. He also had to go find the key. They need multiple people working there if they plan on doing uhaul business.

Conveniently located and easy to get into for the drop off. I dropped off after hours, so no one was around. The system wouldn't let me choose Not Applicable, so I had to select No.

The staff/owner terrible manners no help hitching up there was also no supplies such as 4 way flat adapter which I forgot to bring so I left without trailer brake/taillights. This location not up to u haul standards/expectations

I was told to drop off the trailer in the same spot and that was all I had to do to return it. I was charged for a 48 hour rental when I only had the trailer 8 hours. A simple phone call and the issue was resolved thankfully. I suggest having the person that does the check in process go over the checkout process more thoroughly that way everyone is told the same thing to prevent situations like this in the future.

No issues with the vehicle or location. The app is a PAIN though! It constantly kicks me out, it was incredibly slow despite having excellent service in both my pick up and drop off locations. And to top it off it wouldn't always save my check in / check out steps making me repeat them SEVERAL times. Due to the app it took me almost 30 minutes to pick up and drop off the equipment. Lastly, I was unable to drop off the equipment on my original plan (after hours) due to the app not working. It kept telling me error code for hours!!!!

Nobody inspected my hookup, or my trailer hitch, one of the trailer tires was flat and they would not air it up I had to pay to air it up myself, the bathroom at the location literally had a note on the door about possibly dying if you enter so my fiance couldn't use the restroom

Slow to check in, typical for a gas station however, the location was convenient. It seems strange that I had to provide the same information I had already provided on line and in my profile. Check out should have been 2-3 minutes. My main issue is that the added on a non approved charge.

Customer service was awful. The truck was parked properly in a parking space alongside other Uhaul equipment. The man working was rude and told us we had to move it to another space. We asked for it to be checked in at that time and to get a printed receipt. He refused and said that one would be emailed later. The truck was dropped off clean with the correct amount of fuel. We were charged a refueling fee and never received the email. I will never do business with this location again for Uhaul, fuel or anything else.

Find associates who are able and willing to explain things in English. Associates should hear, understand and communicate the business dealings with the customer assuring that nothing is left in the open. Verify the reservation and details prior to just charging people an amount.

I went in & waited long to be helped. My information was incorrect entered. I was told the trailer I reserved was not available. Then when I mentioned the $50 guarantee it was shown to me. I wasnt able to use it because there was no ramp so I returned it a couple of hours later. I was still charged for 2 days because they never checked it in properly. Too busy doing other personal things.

This location was clueless on connecting the trailer hitch. Told me to go hook it up and they would take a picture. I had not seen one like this and asked if I connected it correctly. He said, YES! People do this all the time! I said would you check it?? He said, “It’s right!” I drive a half mile down the road and at 45 miles per hour… the trailer pops off the hitch!!!! It almost caused me to wreck as it swerved around behind me being pulled by the safety chains. This location needs to know how to hook up a trailer if they are going to rent them!

Truck was super old. Not very clean and damaged on drivers side. Not a regular uhual building. This is a gas station that has trucks. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to an actual UHAUL establishment.

Clerk did not speak hardly any English. I was there at 7:55am for my 8:00 reservation time. He had to call uhaul customer service because he didn’t have any idea on how to check me in. He said “wait wait wait 5 min” is what I got out of what he was trying to say. He gave me the owners phone number who was still sleeping in bed. Wouldn’t talk back over the phone, was absolutely incompetent. Patels! I had to call uhaul myself to get my truck. Ridiculous, incoherent & rude people at this location. I didn’t leave until 8:35am with the truck. He literally kept telling me to wait. When I returned the truck, he didn’t know how to give me my receipt. Said I’ll get one in the morning. So I’m sure I’ll be charged for something stupid.

A routine maintenance check. The inside door seal would fall off everytime you would open the door. The middle console was removed and or broken, so not one cup holder.

The owner was very rude. The instructions to drop off the truck on mentioned not to block the entrance and exit. Upon parking the 20 ft truck and dropping off the keys. The owner caught my attention by beating on the glass window to tell me that I need to park straight. I advised the owner that I already dropped the keys in the lock box. He insisted in an aggressive manner that I need to back the truck in straight instead of pulling in. I was talked to as a child and not a 40 yr old man. I do not recommend dropping off at this location.

I tried to talk to the lady in the store about the mileage. She said it was a different department and they weren’t there at the time. I asked her to initial the mileage and check it. She refused. Again — that’s another department. Very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and lack of concern.

I rented a dolly with my order. Went to check the truck and the dolly was not inside initially. Had to go inside the property and talk to cashier. She handed me a dolly and I had to put it on the truck myself. Wouldn’t have been so bad if i was not 8 and a half months pregnant. I feel as though she or another associate should have came to load it onto the truck.
