So the truck I was selected to rent was pinned between 2 other trucks and a pickup that was there. I would have asked them to move it but the store wasn't open. When I dropped the truck off, there was nowhere to park the truck so I had to park in front of the building where their non uhaul vehicles are.Zack J.

Seems afraid to interact with anyone. No assistance in connecting trailer to truck which under normal situations would be fine with me however I was having back issues at this time. Connected and self checked all connections and lights.Dustin M.

The trailer was wet inside with mildew blankets from the previous renter. I had to connect the trailer myself and verify everything worked. The staff did not help at all. I had to take the trailer to another location and swap it with one that was maintained . The Centerton location will never be used by me again and I will not refer my friends or relatives to that location. I will send them to the rogers location instead, they were very courteous and professional at that locationSamuel A.

To difficult, i believe it was the uhaul customer service mis communication as when i called them they listed the rental at $14.95 for the 4x7 and was only available in Centerton but when i arrived they only had the $24.95 5x9... However the windshield wiper on the driver side needed to be replaced. The wiper just smeared water off the windshield. The stabilizer tracker light came on during trip to be serviced. I found a can of whipping cream in the passenger side door pocket.Cynthia F.

I originally rented a 20' truck. The day of my pick-up, I received an email saying my order had been UPDATED to a 26' truck. That's a increase of 30% and while â€˜more' is sometimes â€˜better', in this case, it was NOT. While everyone we dealt with face-to-face was helpful and professional, had we not been able to get the right sized truck (after driving across town), I'd be FURIOUS. Several people, some U-haul employees and some other renters, have said this is a common drill with U-haul. A BIGGER TRUCK THAN WHAT WAS ORDERED IS NOT A NOT AN UPGRADE. I don't believe I will ever use U-haul again; too risky.Kelly H.
This location is at a oil change self storage with a full lot of uhauls we had to leave the lot and come in the back way to drop off, and no one helped my wife and I? When I went in to get a receipt the lady handed me back my paperwork from picking it up. Yesterday I get a text from you stating I haven't turned in my rental. Had to call the drop off location and tell the lady to please completed this and she said she need to go verify the trailer I dropped off two days ago was there?STEVE M.

No one onsite to assist at pickup and no instructions were provided by Uhaul. Had to call in and wait on hold for a half hour just for instructions. There were several furious customers at the location that morning. I also never received the dolly I rented and am yet to receive credit despite several different feedback avenues. Equipment was clean, but rental the process was sub-par.Kameron K.

The location opened late. It is also an Oil change facility. Despite being the first customer...at lease 25 minutes of the 40 minutes it took to turn in the 26 foot and blankets were due to other customers being taken care of. I was told at my renting location that as long as the tank was at 1/4 full I would be fine...the turn in location first stated the gas was empty and I had to show Debbie how to read the gas tank. Then she charged me a gas fee of $14 after she couldn't even read the tank??? I won't ever recommend this location to anyone...frankly compared to my last rental with Budget...Uhaul could learn a lot by improving customer service, teaching folks how to read gas gauges, etc.Michael G.

So when I reserved my U-Haul I was told that I could pick up the truck at 630 am. I had arraigned a ride and got there at 630am. Every time I clicked check-in it stated that it was for hand delivery and I must return at 8am. When I returned at 8am the person at the business offered no apology or reason for being unable to retrieve the vehicle at 630. Also the key was still inside at this point so it appears was never intended to be picked up via the website.Jonathan B.

There was water on the floor of trailer.... the trailers breaks were inadequate (weak),,, it pushed my truck further than expected... I am an experienced semi truck driver,,, I know about towing trailers.
