Gregory T U.U-Haul needs to clarify the location of the pick-up. I intended to pick up at another location but was told that my truck was available in South Milwaukee which was a surprise to me. I should have looked closer at my reservation it is true, but when making my reservation online, I repeatedly designated the Oak Creek location. Perhaps the vehicle was not available for that location that particular day. The South Milwaukee location was very professional and helped me through this dilemma.

Called customer service they told me I can drive to another location and pick up the equipment but I'll have to return it back to the same location I picked it up from. Very inconvenient. Especially when I made rsvp two weeks in advance.

Donny O.I have never really been a person of complaints, but in this experience, everything was very unpleasant. The equipment was delivered to me full of cement dust, extremely dirty and with the hooks broken. When looking for a solution with customer service, they did not offer me options. "Just return it" They agreed that the manager would contact me, something that never happened. In other words, they don't care at all to do the right things. Today, when I returned the equipment, at least someone said sorry, "the famous saying." At the end of the day, no one had the courtesy to do the right thing.
Carlos S.Usually when having to rent, can be very stressing, and busy,so renter can be very stressed, when I work I DO NOT mind my phone,and to have someone remind you you have a phone,if you were called with a reminder to return rental or other, for instance day light saving was, and rental time was behind 1 hr,on truck so I was basing it on that, which made me a few min late, although was excepted, didn't go without comment!

ALI K.My auto transport was not at the location that was told to me. I had to go 20 miles away to pick it up. I was given extra mileage on the truck to pick it up. I did not need the extra mileage. I was not offered any money for fuel. I want $50 for fuel. I want $100 for my inconvenience. This is fair.
