Train the staff to assist customers on site and to have knowledge of the system to help WHEITHER in store or online. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul!! I was given your equipment as scheduled, then I received and email after leaving the site that my reservations had been canceled!!! I had to call the 1-800 number to inform then that I did not cancel my reservation and I was in route to return the equipment. I had to go through the entire process of reserving the trailer as if I never picked it up.
