It's professionally ran however I do believe more staff is required and properly trained to cater to future customers needs and request thus The over arcing goal.... decreasing the wait time for the consumer; Thus overall improving the functionality and review from patrons...Joseph M.

Truck was out of fuel. Nothing for me to mark the damage, gentleman who gave me the keys said that if he were me he would take pics. He then handed me the keys and said and i quote "happy trails". that was after his wife over the phone charged me 150.00+ too much which i still have not gotten back. I have made at least 6 calls, been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours, hung up on . I was bullied into taking the insurance after i told the woman that i have full coverage on any vehicle i drive which i verified with my auto insurance. I have rented 6 + trucks and NEVER had this experience. I will probably never use uhaul again.Kenneth A.

Due to Covid-19, this location was closed but they left the U-Hauls that were to be picked up outside their gate. Upon my arrival, the vehicle waiting was not the one assigned to me. I had to spend about half an hour waiting for the owners to come open the space to retrieve the vehicle I was assigned to.Nicolette V.
the charge for the day should be for a daily use plus mileage. Our use of the vehicle changed and on return, i was charged for the full amount of 75 miles when in fact i only drive it about 13. In Coats Auto defense, I didnt call her and tell her of my return . And didnt want to drive the 10 miles back to her when there was a U-Haul location 3 miles away. The Coats Auto people were very friendly.Jann B.
