The location does not assist you, they tell you everything has to be done online. The program wouldn't work so couldn't check it in online, wouldn't accept the photos you take for proof. Had to call customer service, on hold for over an hour. Stephanie was helpful and contacted the district area manager to check in the trailer and opened a file on our terrible experience. I would never recommend anyone ever rent from uhaul. The drop off location should at least have the uhaul managers name and number to assist when trying to drop off since they are unable to. From start to finish this was not a good experience.HEIDI Y.

First, I had a 9:30 am reservation but the UHaul counter doesn't open until 10 am. The woman in the office was able to process my reservation, but still- you need to CONFIRM LOCATION HOURS as they do not match UHaul's. Second, the windshield was filthy. Third, the truck was running roughly. Fourth, it wasn't the best area, and I felt uncomfortable being alone there. There should be some way to identify "safe" pickup/drop-off sites for solo renters.KATHERINE T.

I rent from U-Haul every year to carry materials for our company's annual convention in Biloxi. When I attempted to drop off the truck at this location, the manager told me he had closed early and would not take it even though I arrived before the store's posted closing time. Recommend at least kicking the tires on the rental equipment at least daily. I know covid and staff is scarce everywhere, but my trailer had a low tire which wasn't noticeable until I loaded about 400 pounds in it. I went back to the rental place and told her the tire needed repaired she informed to just go to a tire place and have it fixed and I'd be reimbursed basically. So I went to Goodyear a few miles down the road and they told me they only had 1 guy working and it would be 4-5 hour wait so i asked where another tire place is and he directed me to Firestone another 5 or so miles down the road. *Remember the tire is almost flat* So I get to Firestone the manager there tells me would it be 3 or 4pm before they could get to it at the time it was a little passed 11am. One of the guys that works in the shop came to the front desk told me he used to work for Snider and all of uhaul tires are fixed by them. He called and they told him they would look at it so that was another like 15 miles to there. So I arrived he said it would be 40 mins before they could get to it. When they did they just swapped off a whole wheel and tire then printed off a sheet a paper I didn't pay for any of it and i finally was back on the road around 2pm. So basically I had a very irritated day with a flat tire and a 4 hour delay. FYI for anyone out there if you have a tire issue with uhaul, find a Snider tire store, this is information the employees don't even know because I was told to pay for a tire repair and get reimbursed. All I can say flats suck and it took 4 hours out of my day and added like an hour extra driving time when everyone is making it a gas shortage taking unnecessary gas because the pipeline was hacked and closed. Anyways there's so much but I think everyone understands my frustrating rental.Christopher D.

The unit was clean but the part you turn to tighten it to the ball to tow was so rusted it was very difficult to tighten and loosen. The unit also didnt have the light plug so i was unable to connect my car lights to the trailer.Nicole S.

The next time I have to rent an auto tow, have it brought to the same pickup instead of making me go to Another town!!
