You can clean the truck. It smelled so bad. Plus, when I picked it up the gas tank was empty and the gas light was on. I had to stop and fill it out immediately. I was told that I will be reimbursed for the gas if I returned at quarter tank full, which I did. However, I didn't see the credit reflected on my account. I sent an inquiry in the morning, but haven't heard back yet.

I had to go to the Uhaul hub on Camp Wisdom Rd. to get my wiring checked (no brake lights when we hooked up at the pickup location). They gave me the "thumbs up" based on a simple gage that was plugged into my harness. --It was wrong-- After driving back to my pickup location, still no brake lights on multiple trailers (we tried using other extensions also). I pulled back the interior panels on my van and found that the ground had pulled loose. I had to fix the wiring back at my office before I could pull the trailer. The problem was not Uhaul's fault but when Uhaul had the chance to diagnose my problem, correctly, you messed up. In the end, I lost about 4 hrs of prep b/c of the wiring fix. The trailer pulled great! And gave us more valuable space in the van during our road trip (family of seven in an eight passenger mini van) . This is the second trip I have pulled a 4x8 cargo and recommend it to others!

To be honest, I'm not sure you could improve this experience. The gentleman at the rental place was extremely nice and very helpful. He walked us through the process from start to finish. This was the best rental experience I've had in a long time. Thank you very much Uhaul!

When I got to the location to pick up the Truck that I had made the reservation for, they did not have that size available. Had to rent a larger size Truck. I could've been notified the day before. They also did not have the four wheels dolly that I reserved.

The truck was clean enough. They did forget to include the dolly, though. I ended up having to leave things behind in my move. Wasn't the best location. Guy wasn't wearing a mask, seemed unorganized. I want a refund for the dolly.

The right tires were low both front and back and the van rode very rough. I can open link on my phone and I informed the clerk of this when I started the paperwork. I was not informed that 5: 30 was afterhours.

I wish you didn't have to charge a minimum of 100 miles; I didn't need the pickup for more than 15 miles and had to pay for a whole 100. It made what I thought would be a $30 charge cost me $100. Other than that, everything was great.

The facility was closed for the day with no staff on site. The building and office was not very inviting and did not seem very safe. Lots of litter, trash and animals around the office and lot. I could not get to the drop-off area from the main entrance, due to several U-Haul vehicles blocking the main driveway. I was able to figure out how to use a side street that had a rear access to the drop-off lot.

The young man that handled my rental on Saturday and the return today was awesome! He knew my name when I pulled up this morning, even though I forgot his name. UHaul is lucky to have this man working for them.

The promble i have is that the rental. Tiger i wasn't late and was charged a late fee. And when i went to pick up the U haul. The lady was in the store was very very rude. And to find out months last i had a late fee. They was to give me $50 for the inconvenience. What can we do to fix this concern.... Not very happy.... 😡

The van that had been rented to me appeared to have been sitting for months. All 4 tires were low on air and the van was covered in dried tree sap that made it difficult to have good visibility out the windows. It was also far overdue for an oil change according to the vehicle info system.

I received my truck 40 minutes after the reservation time I selected because the employees working said they had to leave to go to a different site to "handle something" and it would only take 10 minutes. That wasn't the case and I sat waiting in the parking lot for 40 minutes until they got back. There were broken glass shards in the cargo portion of the truck as well so it was not ready to go. I had to clean it myself before using it for to haul my belongings in fear of damaging my personal property or injuring myself while moving. When I went to return the truck there was no staff on site despite the fact that I returned this during normal business hours when this location was still supposed to be open. I did the virtual self checkout, but I prefer to work in person because then I have peace of mind knowing everything was done properly and signed off on so that I can't get screwed over later if someone else messes something up and decides to blame it on the last customer. Come on guys, I know the bar is low for providing these, but you all did a fantastic job shattering the poor expectations I had in a simply stunningly horrible way. Step it up, because every aspect of this was inexcusable.

One person ran this location. It took too long to get a trailer. The bathroom was around the back side of this 'hole in the wall', had to ask for the key. It reminded me of a gas station from the 60's.

This place is confusing with very little direction on what to do and how to drop off equipment. Service rep was marginally helpful without a “hello, goodbye, or thank you”. Once again, why do Uhaul locations have to be like this?!

The guys working at this site where the most helpful people I've ever delt with dealing with a uhaul. Very polite and informative to all my questions and information that i needed due to me not being from this area. They also made sure to grab my prescription glasses and keep them safe for me to head back to pick them up....thanks again guys

Walked into office, no one was there. Had to go around a building to find the person working to let them know we are dropping the vehicle off. Not in the best part of town either.

The people told us to take the trailer off ourselves and take pictures of the trailer to prove we did it. I thought U-Haul provided this service. They did not offer a receipt when asked. Another customer was also waiting for help connecting equipment and we helped them to connect it because the U-Haul people were not available. They were told to wait outside for over 30 minutes in the heat before we helped them.

Better communication/explanation from the on-site agent. They completely ignored my existing reservation and made me use a new one. The initial pickup made me an hour late for the appointment I needed the van for, and the drop-off was more complicated than it needed to be.

Equipment was covered in dirt, the store was locked up and had a phone number on a piece of copy paper to call taped up. It was the guys cell phone. Then had to wait 10 minutes for them to come out show us where to go for the trailer and then after he hooked us up and we asked him to tell us if the brake worked and blinkers he said yes. Then i double check and THEY DID NOT WORK HE LIED AND DIDNT CARE so we had to switch to a smaller trailer. It was a slow painful process. This is why people hate moving.

Drop off location did not stay open for advertised hours. 24 hour drop off was chaotic. Trucks and vans parked all over the place. Had to make several phone calls to ensure drop off was complete

Guy wanted me to do everything including hooking it up to my truck. He never checked lights which did not work, had to fix broken wires myself. He would not let me use his bathroom. Very poor customer service, tow doll was banged up with bent and twisted metal ramps etc, said he had no others., just a lie....

The online would not load to complete the steps for pick up. When dropping off after hours my reservation did not reflect so unable to complete drop off via online. Very busy time of month would have been most helpful to the gentleman that assisted us. Compete professional and courteous as phone were ringing and multiple customers waited he was a true all star.

The uhaul attendant was courteous, professional, patient, and helpful. His customer service and attention to detail was quite remarkable. He answered all of my questions (even when I asked the same question more than once) and he helped me choose the right equipment for my needs. Whenever I need to rent in the future, I'll be returning to this location.
