We asked for blankets, and found them wet and drying on the cement wall. The truck was parked in a manner that required a four, five point turn to get it out of the lot. The gate of the truck was stuck open and we lost time trying to get it unstuck when someone should have checked it before our rental. The Uhaul app did not work, but when I called the number listed in all the emails it sent me to someone's cell phone--which it should not do so that I don't wake person early. When we called the 800GoUhaul number, we sat on hold for 30 minutes and never actually got help. We will not be using uhaul's services again.

The main contact here was wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful with the challenge I had at my pickup location that had nothing to do with him. He went above and beyond to improve my overall experience, and while I still struggle trusting uhaul after my first location, this drop off location is specifically one I would recommend.

The drop off location is in a bad section of Dallas. We called to say we would be arriving 4:50 pm before the 5 pm closing time. When we arrived at 4:50 pm no one was on site to receive the trailer. The property was unsafe. When we called, they said someone would come and meet us. No one came. The next day, we had to go back to the location because no one informed us that you had to do the return on your pone at the location of the return. Very disappointing experience with Uhaul!

This location does not have adequate room for it's customer base. It took me 1.5 hrs to pick up a trailer that I had reservations for. The customer line was 20 deep, and outside the small, dinky office with a rude clerk. I will never go to this location again. I have been a customer of U-Haul for the last twenty-five years. This has been by far my worst experience ever.

The employee was extremely helpful but there is no room to get on or off of the lot. The equipment is poorly arranged and inaccessible to pick up. The TDW I was trying to pick up was the only 1 of 6 that was useable.

I was promised I was going get a refund of $60.59 and it never happened. I don’t want to be told something and then it doesn’t happen. I will never come to this facility again even if it is the last place on earth. Supposedly I did damage on the truck, where a piece on the gate of the came off. I made U Haul aware of and It was determined I did the damage But I was told I was not going to be charged $60.59 for it. And when I looked at my bank statement this week it wasn’t taken out. If you’re going to do something then do it. Don’t lie to me and tell me something and then it never happens. None of the men that work here inspect the truck with you before you take it out and I know it’s my fault for not pushing it l. Next time I will know better.

Need to maintain trucks the one Zi had wouldn’t allow you to drive over 40 miles only had one head light and was hard to control in driving needed a Alignment bad.
