I completed a pre check in questionnaire and selected where I wanted the drop off location to be. I also waived the damage insurance to trailer. Upon picking up rental, I was being charged for the insurance and also given a different drop off location, about a 100 miles from where I had selected. Everything was eventually corrected, but what good is the pre check in if it is not adhered to?LUCAS S.

Driveway access is bad and lot needs to de-weeded. Charged me a fuel charge and got proof i filled the tank before i returned fuller than when i received it and cant get anyone at uhaul to respond.David M.

I was re-routed twice to another location as the size trailer I rented was not available at the facility I was told. I did not get the trailer where I originally was told I would and was told 2 hrs prior to picking up the trailer that the location had once again changed.Sydney B.
