I am still waiting for the adjustment to my service billing as I was charged for two separate day and insurance fees. Owner stated I could bring back auto next morning as long is it stayed within the 24 hour window. I have Been attempting to remedy the issues since Geb 25th with Uhaul

Turned trailer in on a Sunday when they were closed, but it was clear where the trailer needed to go and easy to put it there. Great experience!

Del was both personable and helpful, and the helper that hooked the tow dolly to my vehicle was extremely polite as well. I highly recommend this location and will return for any future rental needs I have.

This was a small auto dealer with one or two trucks. There was s UHAUL closest to my house which was a large depot with lots of trucks.
Not much room for truck
Del made my day! The move I had planned started out a bit shakey and Del got me back on track! His professionalism, competence and generosity turned a potential nightmare into the smoothest part of my big move. I recommend this service to anyone who asks and I think they would find Del to be as reliable as they come. What else can one expect from a US Marine! Only the best!

Our U-Haul truck's battery went dead when we were at the storage unit. We had to get it jumpstarted. Because of this difficulty, I was worried about bringing the truck to a service station and turning it off in order to fill it up with gas. Also, I was worried about using this truck to move any other items today because I did not want it to result in a dead battery again. When I dropped off the truck, the gentleman told me that the battery was working just fine. I do know, though, that neither I nor my ex could get the engine to turn over when we were at the storage unit.
Got switched to pickup at this location day before pickup had to do online which truck was ready but not put into system had to wait for original location to open to get it in system other than that all great
Trailer had lights not operating at pick up. Had to drive 40 minutes to another location to get a working trailer. Return in Winslow Az was excellent.
Have the vehicle where the customer ordered it instead of making them drive 30 minutes to pick it up. Not a happy customer! Ordered pick up in Chapel Hill and had to drive to Pittsboro for pick up. Someone should have gone to bring a care to Chapel Hill for me. Why should the customer have to go out of their way to pick up the truck.
The crew at the small Pittsboro location went above and beyond. Easy to work with, friendly, reliable and really worked to get me hitched and unhitched quickly so I could be on my way.

Cramped parking lot, no workers. Just a drop off box.
I could not use the truck I reserved online because it didn't have a ramp I didn't know that so I returned it in about 10 minutes and upgraded to a bigger one with a ramp but was charged for both rentals WIch was unacceptable I will never use u haul again as long as I live very disappointed I'm thinking about going to my local news and complaining call for action
Crowded lot. Not helpful in aiding my backing through a twisted lot full of cars and people.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact I had to do a three day rental , and I only needed it if about 8 hours, I did take trailer out of state, but didn't realize that is U-Haul policies

have someone come out and help me back the trailer into a spot, help me disconnect it and check everything out. but also not gonna happen

The reservation was made for another location, and it was not clearly communicated my equipment was available at an alternative location. I should have been notified of the change in locations. In addition the reservation system required my vehicle information to be validated, after I entered those details at the time of the reservation, this could have been completed before I arrived for pickup. I was incorrectly informed my vehicle was unable to tow the trailer, and that it would take 2-3 days to have it validated. The check-out process was terribly inefficient and frustrating
You need to have a jack installed on your trailers. Mounting it was difficult and could be unsafe. For a person who lacks physical strength your trailer would be unusable.
