The ride in the uhaul was terrible. It was so bumpy and every inch you drove the entire truck complety shook so bad made us want to vomit. The customer service was awesome as always. Just the truck was terribly bumpy you got sea sick.Theresa T.

The truck didn't handle very had to keep it 35-40 otherwise it shook, the alignment was off the oil light was on and the passenger side mirror moves around when you are driving, making it difficult to see behinds you.JOHNNY H.

Trailer interior was dirty, and the driver side fender was badly damaged; but the trailer operated adequately. The back door was difficult to roll open and close; it felt like it could use some lubrication.Richard M.
