I didnt asked for any coverage, but this store added the coverage and sent me the bill. There is no proper parking at this location and vehcile is not clean abd very hard to open the back door. The truck is not in a good condition. Its very risky to drive in a way that the total body is shaking on highway. no wheel alingment. I would recommend not to go to this store.Vishnu R.

The staff were courteous and very helpful. The problem was with the vehicle which was a new GMC van. The engine warning was on at pick up and the engine was running at low revs with a very loud noise. I stopped within a block and called the staff. He attended promptly and assured me it was okay to drive the vehicle. I was surprised when he called after dropping the vehicle telling me about the loud noise and the engine warning light. He said it was unsafe to drive the vehicle with all the noise. I reminded him about our conversation 24 hrs earlier after I had just picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was very clean. I will still highly recommend this location notwithstanding the technical issues with vehicle as I do not think the staff at the location were at fault on this issue.OLAYIWOLAA K.

Good service simple easy process to rent from Uhaul vendor. They were helpful and did the best to answer all my concerns. I was impressed that I was able to reach customer service late at night. The only thing I can say that was negative is that they should instruct you on how to lock the large door. It is that is not easy to lock the door in back before you rent it. You really have the slam it with a heavy force. In order for it to work. Other than that it all worked out ok . It is great way to save money during this difficult pandemic time. I appreciate that I will recommend this location for sure. I am a happy customer my first time using a truck rental company. I would use it again.NADIAALICIA H.

This is extremely unacceptable. I've use Uhaul many times in the past and this is my worst experience yet. First, I booked the truck my reservation was accepted then it got canceled few hours later because the truck is not available. Secondly, I chose the mobile option for pick up as it was provided by Uhaul as a pickup/ drop-off option. However, when I got there, there was absolutely no way to get my reserved truck because, this site don't do mobile pick up. Thirdly, when I returned the truck at 7:50PM, there was no way of returning it because, mobile drop-off is not working yet again. Lastly, I checked and noticed I was charged for late return when my return time was scheduled for 1AM. I returned the truck at 7:50PM, spoke to a Uhaul representative after realizing there's no way to return my truck. The representative said she will leave a note on my account that the truck was returned. Also, placed the key in IN THE KEY BOX. However, I was still charged for late returned/after hours return. Just an FYI, I had no issues with the staff that work at this location, but everything else was absolutely unacceptable 😑.MORLONKELLON B.

This is the worst place you can rent a truck. The customer service is totally lousy, inefficient, the manager avoids delivering the truck in person for when you return, the manager tells you that the fuel is not in the measure that he delivered it. After that UHAUL charges you double the price for fuel when you have actually done it. In addition, the manager does not use the mask to exchange with clients and when I demanded that he put the mask on, he refused. In addition, the manager took 40 minutes to close the contract and give me the invoice. This place is a dump full of inept and unprofessional.Roger H.

The truck was very dirty (like food wrapper on the seat dirty). Steering on the truck was non existent and driving it on the highway felt like driving a death trap. The pickup at Dollar Mart was just as bad. The attendant kept undoing his mask (covid) and at some point, he just took it off. I checked in online in advance but he redid the check-in from the beginning which took about 20 minutes. Only if there was an alternative to U-Haul, I would never use your services again. It's the worst experience everytime and the trucks you rent are scary and dangerous (you should consider maintaining them, especially the power steering. Rental was scheduled for 5:30pm weekday with insurance Mobile Check system has some kinks to work out; np the keys were not in the vehicle unlike mention in the check in; Meh no big deal Went into the store and had to go through check in again; a little annoyed and now running late Take pictures of odometer gas; np Take my own pictures since i found large dent on passenger door and the wrappers/bottles/tissues/wood shavings that were left behind Leaving lot 5:50-5:55pm; annoyed Drop vehicle off, hand over keys to attendant and apologize for not fueling up truck; Next day, Uhaul charges my card almost $200 for dent damage passenger door, I speak with Vipeshan Shanthasivam, Area Field Manager to explain the time listed on the accident report reads 5pm which means it could not have been me, tells me its wrong it will be adjusted and sent back to me, then tells me that the vehicle was inspected beforehand and no dent was previously reported and camera footage shows no previous accidents in the lot by other vehicles. I decide to inform them that it is an interesting accusation considering that there is no footage and no inspection that indicates of anything happening to the vehicle but yet I was in the lot taking pictures of the vehicle with my phone while on company security camera but no one seemed to have noticed or cared to mention that when filing the initial report. Then after submitting the photos with the time and day caption, Mr. Shanthasivam said he would need until the end of the day to sort this issue out with the dealer. Misunderstanding or not, this is bad business, horrendous customer experience, and a disgusting way to steal people's money with lies/deceit. I would have been an innocent victim of a $200 charge that I did not deserve in very difficult financial times with COVID had I not taken my own precautions and ensured I saved them in case of emergency. Did not see any u-Haul signs and drove right by location until coming back and saw trucks. I do not have data on my cell phone so was unable to click links for the rental process. Did not like that the rep had to use their phone to take a photo of my Driver's Licence. Hope they erased the photo after from their phone. I sent this email a week ago and recieved no response yet. Hello, I was wondering if someone could call me about the issue I faced from Uhaul. I booked my pickup time originally for Sunday at 10am (I still have the emailed receipt showing that) and I recieved a text (after hours) saying my pick up time was changed to 1pm without any negotiation or forewarning, and messed up my moving day plans with my movers. Hello, Our Uhaul was very very dirty inside. There was what looked to be cigarette ash and dirt all over the cup holders. Didnt seem like anyone had even given the truck a quick wipe down in a while, which is surprising, especially with covid. The vehicle was very very very DIRTY and in their time of COVID Uhaul need to have proper sanitation protocols in place, there was no washer fluid in the vehicle which makes it very difficult to see in the night as the windscreen was so dirty. I will never go back to this location to do business and will consider other alternatives to renting Uhaul in the future. This was my worst experience with Uhaul.ANTHONYCONSTANTI W.

There were 2 other vans outside but they said they cannot assign me those as it already booked. Well i also booked it and i am before them. Stop over charging people by increasing the kilometres! The worst experience so far that I had to pay $89 extra for the kilometres exceed 150. I rent only for 6 hours. The person attending there is extremely slow. I even reserved for 9 and they opened at 10. but this was not the problem: the keys for my truck got mixed up I don't know how. It took like other 40 minute to find them and do the paperwork.. Also when I went to return the truck. it took other 30 minutes or so, because of the slow service with the other people as well on the line that were complaining because of this. I ask to pay with debit they said yes, but when they gave me the receipt, the payment was made with the credit card. A bad experience for sure. They need to do something to improve the service or I wouldn;t recommend them or go back there.Norman O.

I used the website to enter all my info (credit card), select my vehicle and any other additional items I wanted. I only wanted to rent the vehicle for $19.95. I specifically selected that I did NOT want additional coverage/insurance. I now see that at some point, without my authorization, this $15 charge was added... I will now have to waste my time to call in and get this refunded. A big blemish on an otherwise good service.Nelson B.
