Charge for what we ask for. The van was disgustingly dirty . Reimburse me for the 4 gallons of gas I filled up over-from the gas level I got it at. I will call you guys to discuss this issues.Alejandro V.

The location where I attempted to get the vehicle was closed and they were 45 minutes late I had to pay my movers for an extra hour just for them to stand around waiting very unprofessional the vehicle was dirty inside the cabin and had less then 1/4 tank of gasgabriel B.
The people that work their does not know what they are doing. The van was beyond filthy. I took photos and made complaints to uhaul regarding this issue. This the worst experience i ever had with uhaul.Whitney H.

I waited 2 hours for a tech to fix a wiring problem. Than I went home and a couple of techs came at 10:30 PM. It wasn't fixed until after 10:00 am. It set my move back almost a day.Carol S.
THE RIGHT REAR TIRE HAD A LEAK IN IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP. IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. I HAD TO FILL IT UP EVERY 50 MILES. The pick up location did not advise me of this and I got stuck on I-5. There was no time for roadside assistance. After I unloaded the truck, the tire went flat. When I called customer service, the operator treated me like it was my fault. This truck was expensive and it didn't work the moment I picked it up.Brandon S.
Make sure that the trucks are actually being cleaned before pick up and that the customer gets to review the truck. They will claim that the truck is dirty even if you return it better or equal to what they provided.Racquel R.

This place is in a awful location. The â€œofficeâ€ used to rent out equipment is horrendous. I would suggest sending someone from UHaul to take a look and see how their product is being displayed.Jerome B.
