Trailers need to be more thoroughly inspected before the next rental customer. Front Left trailer tire was bald on the inside tread and had a puncture. Was below the wear bars (could be issued a ticket for it, if I was pulled over for some reason) Had to use my personal patch kit to fix the tire. Expearience was kinda disappointing. I understand tire punctures happen but if the tire wasn't bald, it probably wouldn't have been punctured by gravel. Attendant was a little short with me, so I figured they could catch the bald tire on their own terms.CHRISTOPHER STEP R.

I have never driven a cargo van and it was better than I expected. I wanted to deliver a donation of furniture to a local Christian organization who uses proceeds to serve our local community. I am a very petite person and needed a vehicle that I could manage by myself. With slight assistance from neighbors to load, I was able to make the delivery. If I need vehicle to transport large items again, I will definitely use and recommend U-Haul. The rental staff at Ed Bock Feeds were very customer-friendly.CINDY JINGE B.

You could have the staff help the customer out a little bit more. There were safety chains on the auto dolly I did not know about. Or how they should've been hooked up. Extremely dangerous situation. The ratchet straps were worn on the dolly. I could barely get them on. One of them came off in transit and the other one was loose. The loose ratchet strap was the only thing keeping the car from falling off on the road! Had the employee simply tell me to wrap those chains around the vehicle to keep it on that would've been much better obviously..JOSEPH F.
I returned the vehicle slightly below the level of gas at rental. They recorded the level of return at 1/8 gas but after re-evaluation, it was closer to 1/4, the level at rental. I understand that is was less than at rental, but was initially charged 8 gal, then 6 gal after I questioned the level. I should have been charged 2-4 gal as it was near the 1/4 level of rental.Mike T.

Did not have the right number of moving pads that was on my reservation. U-haul moved my reservation to this location because original dealer did not have pads. Was an extra 30 min drive each way and still did not get what I needed. I believe this is a U haul problem and not the dealers fault.Michael L.

The pick up of the cargo trailer was great - I arrived 10 minutes before they opened and wasn't sure where to go but asked one of the workers walking in and she told me what building to go to and said to come right in before 9 when they actually opened. The guy that hooked up the trailer was very helpful as well helping me to find the right hitch pin we needed. Drop off on the other hand could have been better. I arrived 3 minutes before 9 and asked a gentlemen in one of the out buildings where I needed to go to return the trailer. He said "pull down there (pointing) and I'll be down at 9 when we open" and he pointed to his watch. I get they have store hours but he could have just said I'll be down shortly and not have said "when we open" - that worker clearly does not go above and beyond for customers.TAMMY LYNN K.

Ed Bock's connected the trailer to our vehicle. It seemed like the brake safety cable was very tight. Although, the brakes worked, It appears that the trailer brakes were responsible for slamming our SUV into the cement median and put us in the hospital with multiple broken bones for both of us and me with 6 brain bleeds. We had ordered a smaller single axle trailer, but they did not have one when I went to pick it up. They gave us a larger tandem axle trailer. This rental was in February 2019.victor B.

Rental was great. The last time I rented the double axle trailer from the New Hudson, Michigan location, I specifically asked if the tire pressures were check. They assured me they were, but that was a lie, as both left tires turned out to be inflated to 14 lbs. No wonder the trailer was pulling all over. Ed Bocks was excellent.ROBIN L.

It was unclear I could not transfer vehicles. This should have been made clear in the reservation process. Also what is the point of a reservation if it isn't actually reserved. This made me travel over and hour away. Ed bock feed staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent local customer service. In contrast the uhaul website and process was infuriating. Also the amount of up sell ads on the reservation process would have been comical if it wasn't so aggravating.EINOR T J.

The trailer was maintained and in good shape, but was covered in mud on the outside and there was snow on the inside. I would have expected the snow at least to have been cleared for meMAREKLECH W.

The trailer was old and seemed to be put together with whatever spare parts you could find. The floor panels were loose and there was a grease like substance that came off on our belongings.BRYAN NICHOLAS D.
Reservation was set for 8am electronic pickup but the uhaul app did not recognize this arrangement. Forced to wait until 9am to pick up the truck, unknown if this was a uhaul app problem or an Ed Bock pickup problem. While returning the truck, the power steering went out leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Overall a poor experience, however I understand that some items can't be predicted and may not have been anyone's "fault" necessarily.Tom F.
Make sure that the truck has moving blankets and the rubber trim to the passenger door was hanging off when they gave me the keys. I stuck it back on but it was a hassle. Other than that it was great for moving.Stephanie G.
