Use mobile check in and don't go inside the rental agency unless you are a smoker. Office staff seem to smoke indoors.

The pick up location was terrible, not at the address indicated, but a gravel and mud lot a distance away. One truck we were supposed to take looked like they hauled a load of crush and run gravel. The truck cargo area needed cleaning and we were not going to take our time to sweep and wash out the truck. We chose a smaller truck because it was cleaner and this size was inadequate for our purposes since we could not haul all our personal belongings previously packed. We still had to sweep out the truck cargo area, clean the windshield that was plastered with bugs and dirt. We would not recommend this location to anyone. It was totally disappointing. This was not a rental experience we would ever want to encounter again. Our original pick up location was OwlTown market where the trucks appeared clean, the pick up location was clean and close, to our residence area, and the market staff were helpful. Where did you find the awful place as Ellie Enterprises?

Trailer is off in the woods. No one to help get it out and hookup. They didn't care at all to help. Terrible customer service

The trailer I was originally rented was blocked. I had to attempt to move another trailer myself and finally had to switch the rental to another trailer. The parking area is extremely hard to maneuver. I would not recommend renting at this location.

This location is way off the beaten path on a personal farm. Should have used another location that was actually closer and had the equipment I needed but the website pulled this location and not the other one. My fault for not researching the area better.

The day we were to return the rental truck on 11/23/19, we received a text that we were to return the truck to an address that was not our original drop off spot. I called the number provided on the text and the woman on the other end of the call said just bring the truck to the address provided on the text, Park the truck in front of the office and place the keys in the yellow drop off box at the office. We followed her instructions. I thought it odd that we didn't get confirmation later the next week but honestly the drop off area looked a little behind in the computer age. The following weekend we received a call from UHaul asking us about the truck and if we still had the truck. My husband and I have been very disillusioned with UHaul because again no one contacted us, so I followed up yesterday and finally have resolution today!

Never have stepped inside the store. The business has always been closed when we drop off our equipment. However instructions are clear as to returning the equipment

This location was ok but not a easy location to find. Also your corporate billing over charged us again. When you are told you have extra days and then charge you for that. Just not right.
