First location did not have my truck that reserved. Customer service found d another truck in the area and told me they reserved it. They did not. Another customer service agent had to help get it reserved since we were already almost at the other location. Next location did not have a drop box which caused more confusion. When trying to return the truck, the return system didn't work. The barcode on the store would not work and the alternate through the website didn't work. Customer service struggled for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Worst uhaul experience I've ever had. I still need to rent a truck to finish our move but we are looking at other companies because of this experience.

Very important to let customers know if location is a 24hr location or not. I attempted to make a drop at this location after hours. There was an unmarked, unsecured black box that may easily be mistaken to be a key drop off box, and the location did not appear secure at all. I therefore decided not to make the drop and attempt it again after day break. This cost us a night at a hotel that we did not have to incur as we planned to travel home that night. Finally made the drop later in the day. This was a very frustrating event. Much as there were locations nearby with clear after hours drop off service, the u-haul app had clear warning that dropping at a different location may cost you.
